Good poke, but not excellent. We went near closing with no line. Unlimited toppings for free is nice, but the quality of the fish didn’t feel as high as it did at FOB Sushi. Still overall better than some other poke I’ve had, but by no means excellent. Nice that sodas were sold for <$2.

Honestly a pretty solid poke bowl and very decently priced. Just wish they had more variety of fish and/or spicy fish mixtures as well as more sauce. My bowl seemed a bit dry besides having 2 sauces
who cares about atmosphere and service... this chain remains one of the best poke places in the country. it's good food, it tastes good, it's healthy, it's quick, and it's pretty affordable. what else are you looking for?

Great prices and even better food. $3 spam masubi is my go to
Pretty great pricing for unlimited toppings! Generous portions to boot. Wouldn’t sit inside though, not very cute.

I love this place. I've never been to a Poke restaurant with so many different choices of ingredient. I live north of the city, but the only place I will eat poke is here when I go to Seattle. Everywhere else is a disappointment.

The wait was ridiculous but the food was good, I stopped by after work to get a bite to eat and I just couldn’t get over how long the wait was until I actually said my order and got the food

Best poke I have had in a while! The FOB poke sauce is delicious, and I am a huge fan of albacore. Staff was friendly, and the space itself is clean and cozy. Will for sure be coming back!

For the commenters mentioning free miso, it’s $2 on their menu. Pay for your miso :)

FOB Poke Bar is easily one of my new go-to spots for fresh, delicious poke. Everything tastes incredibly clean and delicious, and the amount of toppings you can choose from is almost overwhelming—in the best way. I love that you can get two proteins for just $14.99, which feels like a great value given how generous the portions are.
The staff was also wonderful. I took my time working my way through all the topping options, and they were patient, friendly, and never made me feel rushed. It made the whole experience even better not feeling rushed.
I’ll definitely be making FOB Poke a regular stop!

I’m honestly not sure how my experience ended up so different from the reviews, but my bowl really missed the mark today. The greens tasted off and looked wilted, and part of the fish didn’t look or taste fresh. The overall flavor had a moldy note, and after about four bites I threw it away because I didn’t feel comfortable eating it.
I really value places that prioritize fresh ingredients—especially when serving raw fish—and this bowl unfortunately didn’t meet that standard. I’m hoping this was just an off day, but I wanted to share my experience so it can be addressed.

One of my go-to poké spots in Seattle! The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the bowl really hit the spot. It was my first time trying this location. If you enjoy poké, give this place a try - I definitely recommend it. Parking can be a bit difficult because it’s in Belltown
