Wheelchair accessibility: From the side walk there’s just enough room to squeeze in with a wheelchair. Flat surfaces so no problems with hills or anything.
Good value for the price. Fish was of good quality and the toppings were excellent. Nice clean restaurant and friendly quick service.

Ok poke, but the staff attitude is horrendous. Always rushing, ever looking up to make any eye contact, very short /curt. I don't need to be coddled as a customer, but I do expect basic customer service skills especially when a payment system prompts me to give a minimum 15% tip. Get it together.

I always feel rushed and hurried to make a decision, whether busy or being the only person there. The quality of poke is good and it tastes great. It looks clean and orderly. Due to convenience and location, I tend to go to this location but 9/10 times, I get an attitude from the employees and am rushed to make a decision on what I’d like on MY bowl. This time around, I was so rushed I couldn’t think of my typical order and got something totally different- it turned out okay but I was looking forward to my usual.

Man I love this place. They mean business so don't be surprised when you are overwhelmed by the number of choices. As other people have mentioned they should get AC here if only for the workers that deserve to not work in a sweat box during the summer. All that said, quick and good poke. Not super authentic by any means, but tasty for sure. This place is Subway for poke, which is a good thing in my book.
And they've got solid labels for stuff like what options are GF.

The restaurant itself is surprisingly warm and the bowls are handed to you above room temperature which makes me very worried about food safety with respect to raw fish. The service is IMPRESSIVELY bad- they seem to be trying to look as unenthused as possible, which also impacts the food quality as they’re clearly not paying attention when portioning out sauces or toppings. I have been many times to this location, it seems to be on the decline and increasingly smells fishy and unclean. My last bowl had barely any sauce, and the fish itself smelled fishy and had a lot of obvious sinew; ultimately I did not feel comfortable eating it.

It would be 5 if they'd get some AC. Their poor workers have to be MISERABLE in that heat. I'm seeing other reviews about the bad customer service, which I haven't experienced, but when they're in that heat, I'd be grumpy and rude too! And the last couple poke bowls I got, the fish was not as cold as it should be, probably because it has to be sitting in that overheated space. Today it was hotter inside than it was outside! I only went today because it wasn't too hot outside so I thought maybe it wouldn't be too bad. Almost left but still got my bowl. If the fish is warmish like the last couple, I won't be going again. Get AC so your employees don't suffer and so your fish isn't warm!

It's been 5 years since I was last in Seattle and FOB Poke is one of the foods I used to love.
Came here and have forgotten the process to order and all and clearly by the looks of it the lady should have known that I had no clue about the order process. I just pointed out the ones I want and she rudely told me to put my hands away even though I did not even touch anything. She could have just told me politely to look at the board on the wall cuz I was too excited to order and missed out on the instructions on the wall.
Turns out I have to pick the base first which I said rice and she again rudely asked 'what type of rice?' and gave me looks that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
Clearly there are reviews saying that the service is bad and rude so I am not the only one.
Went to another FOB Poke Bar in a different location and the service was so much better. They are so much more polite and was even patient with my mom who was also confused cuz it was her first time eating in FOB Poke Bar.

I recently ordered takeout ,and I was thrilled with the quality of the food, which I've consistently loved. However, I was disappointed by the customer service during my visit. I found the communication to be lacking, and it often felt like the staff was trying to avoid interaction.Excellent customer service can truly enhance the dining experience, and I hope to see improvements in this area in the future. Despite this, the delicious food will certainly bring me back, and I look forward to a better all-around experience next time.

usually really enjoy this place but the service is a bit inconsistent. sometimes i run into servers who feel pretty rude and dismissive. the portions are decent for the price but sometimes they skimp on the fish and try to compensate by putting more rice. on the plus side, the fish is always very fresh.
