Love the concept of pick your own sushi pieces. The amount of options are reasonable and delicious! Price is reasonable for the amount you can fit into a box. Depending on when you go there may be a line but it moves fairly quickly. Parking can be very tricky in this area.

I really enjoyed the concept of fob sushi bar. They make it really quick and easy to grab your food and either be on your way or have a seat.
They have tons of selection from sushi to Nigiri. They’ll have what you’ll like. Wasn’t disappointed in any of the choices that we made and honestly wanted to go back for more.
Even with the extremely long line out the door (which just shows how good it is) we were able to wait. Get our food check out and be on our way within 20 minutes.
If you’re in the area or just want some very good sushi, this is the place .

First the goods... pricing is really good. $ 15 per pound. Good selection of various rolls and a few choices of nigiri. Quick inventory turn-over. The issue here is that almost all of the rolls are covered with sauces... and basically, you can't tell what fish you are eating. Secondly, way, way too much rice.. Huge line....

Food was very enjoyable. I was surprised by the quality of the food and how good it taste. Service was mid. They just did the bare minimum. It’s more like buffet style or eating at a food court if there’s space. There isn’t much service they can give you. Long line all the way out the door. Was worth it for the food. I would not go if you’re in a rush to get somewhere.

The staff was friendly. I'm very picky and I don't really like sushi but my girlfriend can't eat enough of it. She really enjoyed most of the offerings.
I asked them to make ebi (cooked shrimp) nigiri with no mayo sauce and they happily made it.
Only change I would make is to chill the rice, I'm not sure if they warm up the rice but I like my sushi cold.
It has a high CP value and is delicious. There are many people and you have to queue for about 40 minutes on weekend evenings. The total price is USD 13.56 plus tax for eight items, which is pretty good.
