Amazing variety and absolutely delicious selections! I only eat cooked, and they had SO much to choose from. The woman working the register was super friendly and pointed out every single cooked option. Priced at $15/pound, I spent just under $18 and ended up not being able to finish my tray.

I was visiting Seattle for the weekend and ended up coming here two days in a row -that’s how good it was.
After trying a mix of things the first day, I had to come back to get my favorites again (like the torched salmon and lobster/salmon inari). I love the concept because you can build your own tray however you like. Usually, with party trays, there’s always something I don’t care for, but here I could pick only what I actually wanted.
The first tray was about $30 and the second was around $16. The inari was on the heavier side just because it’s dense, but everything was still perfectly balanced. They don’t skimp on the fish either — I was a little worried they’d pack it with rice, but the ratio was just right!

Food: fatty tuna was one of the best Ive had on the west coast. Still doesn't hold a candle to Japan's fatty tuna but was better than other options I've had on the west coast. The tuna belly was kinda strange, too salty and wasn't that good. The maki rolls was okay. I'd go for the sashimi or nigiri 🍣. Spent $17 USD on a full platter ~ 10 pieces.

Atmosphere: not very nice, kinda like a small cramped food court - not many seats, dirty seats and cramped. Go here for the food, not the atmosphere.

First time go to this store , I will never come again , do not waste your money . I throw away the tuna sushi right away I had the first piece. Taste like they use heavy pepper to cover the rot fish , they literally sell rot tuna, other fish is tasteless as well, Such a mediocre sushi place. DO NOT recommend at all. I didn’t have much expectation becoz it’s cheap but it couldn’t be this bad mannnn ( ps: their staff will say this is made today but their vendor sell them rot fish.

Where do I even begin? I have been to many sushi places in South Florida so I had high standards and low expectations. I have never been to a self serve sushi bar before. This was really cool! They were constantly making new sushi and the process was very quick. We got just over 2.5 pounds at 14.99 a pound. The sushi was absolutely fantastic! Im not adventurous when it comes to sushi but I tried about a dozen types of sushi. They were all amazing. This place is an absolute must if you’re visiting or living in Seattle! Delicious and so fresg!
