I used to order from here once a week until they removed the mochi waffles from weekends and holidays. Now I rarely do anymore. Why!? I really hope they reconsider this change!
The mochi waffles are exquisite! Definitely recommend this place if you can get them!
Hope y'all will be able to bring the unagi back. The mushroom rice bowl was good too

All of the rice bowls are some of the best. Their service is super good as well. Friendly staffs. They even followed my request and made something off the menu for me today.

This review is a protest of them removing the mochi waffle sandwiches. I am so upset about it. They were so good, they removed the best thing on their menu.
edit: I stopped seeing it on the menu, so I thought it was fully gone. I’m adjusting my review but it is still a massive bummer that they don’t serve these on the weekend anymore.

I found a whole hair in my food!
When I called the store the manager got on the phone. Told me I was lying and said that he wasn’t going to do anything about it, said “we all wear hair nets here…you’re making this up”
I was told to “take it up with whoever you need to…there’s no HR” and hung up.
I was recommended by a friend but if this is how they treat paying customers. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this establishment.

Ghost kitchen - you have to order online, but you can pick up at this location. Breakfast was fast and pretty good.

This is NOT a cafe or restaurant. It’s a ghost kitchen with pickup/delivery. There is no place to sit/eat etc.
We came across FOMO Café looking to get a quick bite on the way to the ferry. This café is hosted out of UDistrict Eats, a ghost kitchen. You can order online or from the kiosk in the pick up area. We got a few mochi waffle sandwiches (Bella, Sarah, Sophie), as well as the hojicha latte and Vietnamese coffee.
The time given to us was 6-7 mins for our order to be ready. We thought this was a little optimistic but ended up waiting for 20 mins before deciding to leave. We called to cancel the order and were told then, it was ready. We did go back and luckily, pick up was easy.
For the time we had to wait, the food was just fine. The fried eggs in the sandwich were overcooked (description said "It can get messy", so it was assumed that eggs were going to be slightly runny). I like the idea of fusion breakfast sandwiches, but the execution could have been better. Perhaps a complementary sauce to compensate for general lack of flavor? The hojicha latte was good, but grainy. I liked that you could adjust sweetness and ice levels. The Vietnamese coffee tasted off.

Good food made with good ingredients, made with heart, highly recommended.
I randomly found this place on Uber Eats and it’s been my go to for breakfast all the time lately. I absolutely love their OG -rito and the sunrise matcha. Their mochi waffles are also ? ????. Anywho I ordered again this morning and was pleasantly surprised to find a kind note on my bag. The struggle has been real with the time change so the unexpected note and snack was an extra something that made for a nice morning. I have never been inside the cafe itself but I imagine their customer service is as great as their food delivery service. Highly highly recommend.

The best breakfast in Seattle! Try Curry Chicken Katsudon or Bella breakfast waffle sandwich! The best! Plus these are gluten free!

I got the Curry Chicken Katsudon here, along with a hash brown and an Ube Brownie. The katsudon was pretty good, with the chicken tasting pretty nice, and having a decent amount of juice to it. The egg was also cooked pretty nicely, without being too dry. The curry they give you also made everything taste really good. They were also very generous with the rice. However, that whole katsudon did cost $17, which was pretty pricey, whereas I thought most of the meal was rice. The Brownie they have was really good; very soft, pretty sweet, and not too the point where you get tired of it quickly, too. It was about $4, which was maybe warranted for me. The hash brown was just okay; it was a throw-in for me, and it tastes like the hash brown you'd get at many fast food restaurants, though it was $2 (maybe not worth that price). Overall, good place to check out; I wish it was a bit cheaper, but I could say that about a lot of things in Seattle.

If the Bella had more syrup, or syrup on the side, it would be PERFECT. I would've liked syrup on the side for the mo.wa.co too.The waffles are the perfect texture. I love mochi dough. The ube brownie was delicious and a generous portion for the size and ingredients.
