Definitely a tourist trap for coffee. Average quality coffee at high tourist prices. Beware of $4 upsells that are not stated on the menu, too.

The service is not great. The baristas were way too into their personal conversation to even know what I ordered and gave me the smallest size coffee. We were the only ones in there and they couldn’t even take our order right.

This place makes way too strong of coffee too. Why do I need double the amount of caffeine in a 12oz cup? Made me feel sick for the entire day.

That’s the last time I come here. You’re better off going to Starbucks or another local spot.

Small cozy place.
Caesar salad looked nice but the cheese had zero flavour. Wouldn’t mind going again but don’t expect too much

False advertising on the espresso martini!!! Be aware there is an upsell for Grey Goose even though the description and price clearly says Grey Goose.
$22, not $18
If you don’t pay for the upsell you get some random bottom shelf vodka I’ve never heard of.
The drink was also ok, definitely not $22 worth.

My peanut butter, banana, and mascapone waffle were divine, as was the Aztec mocha. I'm definitely going to be returning for them. Staff was friendly and welcoming

We just came for some yummy espresso martinis that were really good! Sat outside and enjoyed the drinks and then headed on our way.

Fun place to stop by for either your espresso needs or martini needs or both.

We have brunched Fonte whenever we have visited Seattle (about 6-8 times/yr) and have generally had wonderful and flavourful 5 star experiences. Sadly this last time, the food was not up to its usual standard. I will start with the great … the Chai! One of the very best I’ve ever had! And our coffees were terrific as well!

The not so good … the baked eggs dish. The confit tomatoes and eggs were literally swimming in oil and the usually incredibly tasty potato side was bland, cold and undercooked. When we expressed our concerns about the baked egg dish to the staff, they informed us that this is exactly how this dish is served?!? Seriously?? I understand how confit is made … baked in olive oil, but they shouldn’t be served this way too!! They should be “drained” before adding to the final dish. This would be the equivalent to serving pickles or olives in their brine or even fries in their oil. This dish has the huge potential to be absolutely delicious, but not the way it was served to us yesterday.

FYI; the avocado toast tomatoes were added in the same way - making the avo toast soggy - the oil drenched the entire dish.

I will finish with a positive … the drinks are exceptional!

Ok, the coffee is good, I got the maple cinnamon 12 oz mocha. However, I have a few issues with this place.

1. The wifi they told me to use was the four seasons wifi. The Four seasons is the same building, but the connection is quite weak. I don't know if four seasons is actually providing wifi for the place, or if it was just reaidual.
2. I am fine with tipping when there is a service to tip for, but it was a bit concerning that if you decide to not leave a tip, you are blocked from finishing the order. I don't think I've ever seen a restaurant or cafe in the whole Seattle area actually prevent you from finishing an order if you do not tip.

I am a die hard coffee maniac and this place is perfect for coffee freaks like me. We often visit this place in evening especially on weekend for some coffee and omelet. Occasionally we try pizza as well but I love their omelet and coffee combination more then anything else.
