No actual food an hour before closing but the drinks are awesome. House shot is intriguing. Lovely bartenders that are engaging and lovely to talk to

Secretly dope! Unique experience for the cap hill regular.

This little cocktail bar is so cute and cozy! The waiters are the friendliest and nicest.. enjoyed the vibe and will def be back. Please note its really small … I will def be back. I need to try a lot more drinks on the menu… the list was impressive and so is the presentation!

They're doing some pretty experimental stuff here and, honestly, not all of it works. The Freak Flag pickle and honey cocktail is about as good as it sounds - I don't know what I was expecting. My wife's cocktail was similarly unappealing. I applaud a willingness to try new things, but I also expect, at nearly $20 per cocktail, a degree of discretion and refinement when deciding which concoctions to include on the menu and which ones to continue workshopping. Overrated.

Really rude service.

Totally Racist! My friends and I went there and each ordered two drinks. Someone threw up in the bathroom sink but the bartenders suspected it was us since we went to the bathroom before they found out someone threw up there. Then they asked us to leave, which was rude. We were very disappointed since none of us ever threw up there. It was just two drinks (fruity and mild ones). None of us threw up by only two drinks. We explained but no one would listen. I guess it was because we’re not Americans? This could be racist

3 cheers for Luzcia & Sam. So much fun. Get there early. Bad Berry is what I recommend.

A must do if you can get in . Special in every way. Small. Delicious. Lovely.
A hidden secret of a place.
Go early!

Drinks great, apps great, service great! … but we noticed that our clothes smelled like cooking grease when we got home. Not a huge deal but my wife needs to have her coat dry cleaned again after she just picked it up from dry cleaned

Dont get hung up over the lack of twenties decor. This whole in the wall bar had all the spirit of a speakeasy. You cannot go wrong with any of the cocktails. Whoever is their mixologist has a taste for the eclectic and wonderful. I can't recommend enough ending any night with a visit here. If you love Ardbeg, you are in for a treat as well!
