Deli format. Order pay sit and eat. Seems like a decent neighborhood deli. Good sandwich but the bread was toasted tough and dry beyond my preference. Not sure if they would take requests but hard for me to enjoy a sandwich if the bread doesn't supplement to the rest of the sandwich. I've had good Italian sandwiches in LA, LV, and NYC and unfortunately the bread kind of killed the experience for me at Fortuna. I might give it another shot someday.
The sandwich was good, I think it just didn’t quite live up to my expectations. I got the Bambino and I felt that all the ingredients were really high quality-olive oil on bread was so good- but overall it came together in an
underwhelming way for me. Perhaps I should’ve gotten the balsamic, but when I went back to get some the line was too long to justify :( still good though, I would come back and try again with sauce!
Finally, came by to try out the sandwich at Fortuna Bollega and it wasn't that busy as I've seen it in the past.

I ordered the Bambino with some arrugla and garlic balsamic, coke and chips and after tip, taxes and such I ran a $18.50 sandwich up to be $39.80 reminding me of going to the Metropolitan Grill.

Fortuna Bollega has an indoor counter and then what looks like a garage out back is some picnic tables. I hung out in the picnic...
