FRAM Is the perfect neighborhood third place. I love swinging by here on my little walks around the neighborhood to pick up a tea or if I'm feeling cheeky a frose. The staff is always very friendly and I usually run into neighbors here. It's a compact homie where one can write a novel or catch up with friends.

Fram is such a great addition to the neighborhood! It is a cute small atmosphere with friendly staff and GREAT tasting coffee. Their frose is also delicious. My boyfriend and I stop by here regularly and play scrabble or look at the waterfront view!

Tis the seasonš This āDirty Matchaā as Mira would call is pumpkin spice and matcha with a shot of espresso. The atmosphere was really welcoming and colorful and itās nice to see the coffee machines in the back so itās no surprise why the coffee is excellent. If youāre passing through in Eastlake this cafe can be found kind of the back of a chic neighbourhood with a lake view and if your looking to shake things up Mira has no problem helping you achieve that taste! This is truly one of my favorite tiny coffee gems here in the Emerald City. š¤ This newcomer is a unique lovely neighborhood spot, that opens early &stays open late, has an incredible sense of individuality and artistic branding that I truly appreciate.
I have only tried one food item here strangely enough, because I am usually only coming here for my start of the day coffee. my favorite barista referred to it as the Stallion of the pastry case, and she was NOT wrong! It's a slice of 'Date Loaf'; a dense yet deliciously perfect piece of sweet bread, packed with seeds and nuts that make it hearty, snack-able, protein rich piece of deliciousness. Highly recommended!

Iām a member of the P-patch down the street and I make it a point to stop at this lovely little shop before I garden. The coffee gives me the zippy energy I need while being smooth n not bitter. The Date loaf is my go-to food item. Itās amazing and healthy (packed with nuts and seeds). Canāt wait till my next visit:)

Staff are super friendly, their coffee is the best Iāve had in Seattle, and itās tucked away in a cute area right by the water which you can quickly skirt to by crossing the street if you want.
Small cozy place - the few tables inside can be hard to grab if itās at all busy, but the chairs outside are a vibe as well.
