FRAM Is the perfect neighborhood third place. I love swinging by here on my little walks around the neighborhood to pick up a tea or if I'm feeling cheeky a frose. The staff is always very friendly and I usually run into neighbors here. It's a compact homie where one can write a novel or catch up with friends.
Fram is such a great addition to the neighborhood! It is a cute small atmosphere with friendly staff and GREAT tasting coffee. Their frose is also delicious. My boyfriend and I stop by here regularly and play scrabble or look at the waterfront view!
Tis the season🎃 This “Dirty Matcha” as Mira would call is pumpkin spice and matcha with a shot of espresso. The atmosphere was really welcoming and colorful and it’s nice to see the coffee machines in the back so it’s no surprise why the coffee is excellent. If you’re passing through in Eastlake this cafe can be found kind of the back of a chic neighbourhood with a lake view and if your looking to shake things up Mira has no problem helping you achieve that taste!...
