absolutely LOVE how the flavors taste like how they shoul! tahini chocolate tastes like real tahini.. the beet strawberry tastes like beet! but delectibly yummy. 11/10 strawberry milk was so creamy and decedant, cone crumble was the way to go.
Great flavors and texture. No complaints. Got strawberry cream and California cabin.
All vegan, what a treat Got a lot of tasting as well :)
Stopped in Frankie and Jo's on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Just needed a little something sweet. Ordered the Salty Carmel Ash. Wonderful flavor, texture and mouthfeel. Absolutely recommend.
Amazing! So many great flavors. I went last weekend with my brother and a friend who hadn’t been before. Kyrie was so patient, kind, and helpful! It can be so easy for someone working solo to get stressed out by people lining up to get ice cream, but for her to take a few minutes to engage with us and keep a great attitude was awesome. You don’t get customer service like that anymore. We will definitely be back to keep trying the seasonal (and our OG favorite) flavors again soon! Thank you again, Kyrie! Hope you had a great rest of your evening after the busy rush!
Love love love this ice cream shop! Everything is gluten free including the waffle cone! The ice cream is creamy and delicious. The flavors are so unique!
We tried the California cabin and the Strawberry Milk. Super creamy and flavorful, the whole family loved it! Was surprised to see everything was vegan and gluten-free.
Sooooo many options!! Who would have thought of a beet flavored ice cream? Amazing! Plus, super friendly staff!
Modern vegan ice creams made with care and fantasy. Try their beet rose sorbet with some activated charcoal caramel on top... Delish!

Just recently met Vera the store a manager and she was a gem. 💎 Probably the most pleasant experience I had at Frankie & Jo’s thus far. She encouraged me to try 1+ flavors and suggested good mixing combinations. She is a great addition to this Frankie & Jo’s location and I will definitely be coming back soon :)

Vegan goodness! I’ve only been going to Frankie and Jo’s since discovering them a few years ago. All of their flavors are vegan and gluten free and taste absolutely amazing. Their seasonal flavors are always a treat. Add to that, their very friendly staff and rewards system for those of us who go more often than not.
Always a pleasure to chat with Vera while I’m there.

I was decently diagnosed with lactose intolerance and finding desserts or pastries without dairy can be tough. Friends of mine suggested Frankie & Jo’s and it did not disappoint! The employee let us taste as many flavors as we liked. They are sure to verify any allergies to nuts beforehand (specifically cashews and almonds). Their well known flavors of Salty Caramel Ash and Brown Sugar Vanilla—psst brown sugar is the flavor of 2025—were spectacular. Although the prices are steep, it was a nice treat that I could enjoy without any worries.
