It’s Willy Wonka‘s secret chocolate factory!!!
Love this place best chocolate ever !!
We did the tour and learned a lot especially the history of Frans famous salted caramel. We got to see the magic happen. We were also given a class on chocolate tasting from our knowledgeable host.
Beautiful store in a historic building, love the store. Chocolate is pricy but tastes good. Beautiful package.
Parking: Georgetown can be busy, so parking is really pending on when do you go

The original interior of the building compliments well with the minimal furniture design of the store, leaving space in the mind to enjoy the chocolate flavor to it's maximum without the visual noise of most candy stores.
Gotvto go back twice to get moms coconut bars . Sold out. To popular.

Shout out to Ms. Latosha! I was out with my photography group for a photowalk and she invited us in, offering more photo opportunities inside as well as chocolate samples. She showed a few of us around, was very knowledgeable and friendly - excellent customer service! We got some fantastic chocolate recommendations and brought a few tasty pieces home. Thank you!

The best location to get chocolate. The woman at desk was so warm and friendly. I asked for a tiny 3 piece box for my daughter. She packed the little box for my daughter Elli and gave her a bag too. It made my daughter feel so incredibly special. I’m sad I didn’t get her name so I could sing her praises.

Wow. Had Peanut Butter cups on a quiet Tuesday afternoon at the Goergetown location with my Wife and was greeted with awesome service and fantastic treats!
Happy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Day!

The ice chocolate drink tasted good but a bit small for that price. It will be better to use a glass instead of a plastic cup for presentation.

I'm conflicted as to how to rate this place. The building itself is cool, and on weekdays I've heard you can see people making chocolate in the viewing area. It was very empty on the day I went in there, so the space seemed cavernous with too little chocolate to fill it. I didn't think the offerings were all that different from the downtown Seattle location. I like Fran's chocolate a lot, so it's not a bad place to drop by if you're in the area. The space itself is nice (nicely maintained old brick building).
