Fish in the chirashi bowl was very fresh and had solid portions. Good amount of wasabi and ginger as well! Not the biggest fan of the shrimp but everything else was solid. The mixed tonkotsu bowl was also a nice option for those that like variety. Was made to order and the meat was juicy and tender. Would have liked some cabbage on the side but otherwise quality and portion sizes were really good 😊
We live around the corner from Fremont Bowl and I had high hope for it. I ordered the Volcano Donburi and sadly found the portion to be rather small and the rice was dry and hard. It might be because I was there close to their closing time? I am not sure. But I was sadly disappointed.

Ordered take out, very fresh fish and rice bowls. This was our first return dinner in Seattle and was happy to have finally tried the place. Both fish and short ribs are excellent. Will order again!
