We had gone to the Dock for some fish and chips for lunch. When we arrived, one of the employees had her children running around the restaurant including the bar and behind the bar. Her personal belongings were blocking the entry way as we entered. During our time eating, her kids were running around the bar and causing lots of noise. She had then carried her dog behind the bar as well. We were shocked by this. When we got our food, the fish tasted stale and old. The fries were cold and soggy and none of the experience was worth the $80 bill. Do NOT go here.

Bartenders are so nice and very good. Unfortunately the bouncer was a massive tool. Had a cringe judgement for every person and was being a creep to the girls. Classic petty tyrant. After keeping people waiting in line outside of a mostly empty bar all night, he got on stage and performed War Pigs in front of everyone he had just disrespected. Lil bro needs a reality check as this place is losing business

Came to grab a bite, it was almost empty and even while standing in front of the server / bartender to order, he didn’t bother to acknowledge us. After a few minutes we had to just walk out.

My visit to The Dock Sports Bar was incredibly frustrating. The staff was consistently rude, making for an unpleasant atmosphere. Our food arrived cold and inedible; it had obviously been sitting in to-go containers for some time. When we contacted the owner to request a refund for the uneaten food, she promised to call back but then completely ignored our calls and we've not heard from her since.

Even worse, after a member of our party left a review, the owner's public response was a blatant lie, claiming staff searched for us with our food—which they absolutely did not. We repeatedly checked on our order and confirmed our location with bar staff.

This clearly shows a severe lack of accountability from the owner. The Dock Sports Bar desperately needs customer service training, and the owner's deceptive behavior is a major red flag.

Allowing cars to double park on the sidewalk AND bike lane to unload equipment is horrible and this business should be held responsible for putting people in danger.

The Dock is the best. It is always fun, the karaoke DJ (KJ Sean) is so fun and hosts the best karaoke in town. The food is standard pub food, but tastes better than just standard! Love it here.

I would avoid this spot if you can. The staff is so rude…… and the food? Bland and overpriced. False advertising everywhere, no organization amongst their “team”, and bad attitudes. Don’t host events if you can’t deliver.

Had so much fun at the love island watch party! The staff was great despite clearly being stressed and overwhelmed with the huge turn out. Thanks for hosting :)

Really disappointing experience. We sat outside and used the QR code to order online, something the menu clearly invites you to do. After placing our order, we found out (only because a friend asked) that they don’t actually fulfill online orders properly and expect you to order at the bar instead.

We informed the bartender of our online order, and he said it would be brought out, but it never was. We followed up multiple times, only to be brushed off. Our food finally arrived over an hour later, ice cold and in to-go containers. It had clearly been sitting for a long time.

When we asked for a refund, we were met with sarcasm and told “I told you this would happen if you ordered online,” which is untrue because we followed up several times. The owner was contacted but just as unhelpful.

Poor communication, dismissive staff, and no accountability.

Advertised happy hour during solstice on the sign by the door yet didnt have hh prices :( Then $14 for a mixer was the cherry on top. Bad vibes don’t recommend.

Drawn in by a sign that stated “happy hour 4-6.” Then AFTER ordering was told they would not honor a happy hour deal due to “special event” aka summer solstice (paying $14 for a single well mixed drink). Terrible advertising and overall terrible vibes. Not a dive bar as other reviews state.
