Try the amazing lineup of interesting and complex spirits! I enjoyed the Whiskey Flight. All were delicious, which I rarely say, but the Purple Tibetan Rye and Canal Street Bourbon were both outstanding and we left with a bottle of each. The friendly staff took as much time as we needed answering questions about the whiskey lineup, ingredients, mash bill, and so on. Sippers will be surprised how the honey and vanilla notes come forward on the rye whiskies (80% Rye, 20% Malted Barley) and the bourbon is unique and tasty as well. I might pronounce the Purple Tibetan Rye the most approachable rye I've had. Bravo!

Well, came in for a cocktail after Fremont Oktoberfest. Unfortunately, they did not have their full menu, only a very limited Oktoberfest menu. Which is fine. Except the bartender seem more interested in chatting with his other customer about asking for $35 and hour from his boss than helping me out. Also just disappearing for almost 10 min, kind of inexcusable. Tried one whiskey, a rye, was ok. But service absolutely sucked.

I recently booked a private weekday happy hour at Fremont. What an incredible experience. I am from New York, so I went into booking this a bit blind. Sola called me before hand to walk through expectations, food orders, drink options, and more. The entire staff was lovely, warm, and extremely accommodating. The space itself is beautiful and I couldn't recommend this spot more for a corporate or person private HH.

After circling the area about 6 times, I parked in front of this location to go shop at the Fremont Market. I had already covered some of my windows (it's Seattle so I like to keep my windows covered whether I'm in my van or not) and some man came right up to my window and looked very grumpy and asked me to roll my window down. I'm a woman traveling alone so that's very scary to me and I shook my head no but he insisted I roll my window down. I decided he seems safe enough and cracked my window, he asked me to move because I was blocking their view. First let me say I really don't mind moving my van I'm not trying to be rude to anyone, but I'm just kinda shocked. I looked for any signage saying I couldn't park there, and there isn't any. I don't understand why he already seemed so angry when I had no idea, additionally the view they almost missed out on is a gray and rainy seattle day with a bunch of cars and even beat up RVs parked on the street... feels like he assumed I was also unhoused and came out very angry (which is a sad way to treat our unhoused neighbors, but you can do what you please I suppose) I did back up out of sight of their windows as I didn't want any trouble. Overall, I was parked for about 2-3 hours and the view doesn't seem worth his anger or my fear but maybe that's the best thing this place has to offer.

Food was good. Especially the beet marinated deviled eggs. Spirits are mediocre. 'Gin' is just botanical flavored vodka. Service was awful. Spent over 30 min flagging down our possibly drunk waiter to check out.
