I have a foodie friend that I do hot pot with all of the time. This one makes the top ten. But they should give options to customers for spice levels. I like spicy but not endnotes I can't taste the actual food and I'm sweating profusely. But still good food. Service was great and the food came pretty quick.

We came on a Saturday afternoon without a reservation, specifically craving the lamb and beef with tərdan spices, both were our top picks. The pork intestine were also surprisingly good, especially if you’re into offal. The service was exceptionally friendly, and overall, it was a solid dining experience.

The Lamb Skewers were on the saltier side. The Xinjiang Lamb Skewer was chunky, which made it hard to eat. The Spicy Rice Noodle Pot was also a bit salty. We tried a variety of other items, including Enoki Mushroom, Gizzards, Beef Skewers, Pork Belly, Lotus Root, Squid, Lamb Kidney, Pork Belly with Enoki Mushroom, and Chicken Heart.
