Wonderful ice cream with vegan options. Also has a really cool atmosphere. I enjoying going there to play video games and pinball, then eat ice cream.

Clearly frozen and refrozen several times, the consistency was ice crystalized and flavorings cheap. Service wasn't even friendly (bare minimum). I've been to both locations and issues are pervasive. With so many other good ice creams in town I cannot think of a reason to try this ever again.

Service was lousy, ice cream mediocre at best. Disappointing, especially since other reviews had indicated this was a company geared towards quality with an company culture geared towards activism. Perhaps they should take a break from global affairs and focus on the basics? Quality ingredients and customer service? Until then, you're better served at a Baskin Robbins or TGIF.

I've been here a few times and absolutely love it. The homemade ice cream is soooo good. They even have vegan ice cream. The owners are the coolest!!Parking: It is on a main road, so parking might be hard to find, but there is a quick turn around on spots.Kid-friendliness: They have a bunch of old school video games and a bunch of pin ball machines.
We came into the store and no one was at the counter and when the lady who works there finally showed up she was rude overall, not even a “hello” when she saw us wait for her. She jumped right into the “what can I get for ya?” As her back was still facing us. Very unhygienic store as there was cross contamination, they have the ice cream scoopers sitting in a cup of obviously dirty room temp water (you could see how white the water was). Very disappointing overall!

Bad experience! Do not recommend. Watery, flavorless and service was subpar, seems that will Not be back. Loud, bright, makes dominos seem classy.
