Earlier this month I tried the arcade and bar area, and the service was notably attentive, making the visit feel smooth and enjoyable... The staff kept the games stocked and offered quick assistance when I needed a reset, which let me focus on my game and relax
Fun experiences all around for me and my kids but some games were out of order, a bit run down, and there were no wipes for the VR headsets. Staff were very nice! Parking was convenient as I used spot hero for cheaper pricing!
It's unfortunate that Gameworks doesn't invest more into newer games. Or repair the missing or damaged parts of their current games.
