I didn’t realize how big this place was! And it’s right near the water with gorgeous views of Seattle and plenty of outdoor seating! I’m sure this place can get busy and crowded though. Such a great place to enjoy Seattle. Great beers, yummy snacks, fantastic views, and just overall good vibes!

Waited 30+ minutes for some fries? We went to check our number after being frustrated. They had 4 ready and just gave us one and no “so sorry for the wait” nothing. It was not even busy. Do better with customer service.

We chose Gasworks Brewery because of non-alcoholic drinks, brews and food menu. According to their website we expected the kitchen would be open, but when we arrived, it had already closed over an hour earlier than advertised. We specifically picked this place for food and drinks, so it was frustrating to learn we couldn’t order anything to eat. When we asked about it, the staff was dismissive and rude rather than apologetic. The drinks were fine, but the poor communication and attitude made the experience disappointing. I had been here before on a busy night which makes ordering terrible. Terrible lines and slow service. Their limited menu usually lacks flavor anyway. The smash burgers are definitely smashed and no flavor. Bathrooms are not maintained well with stalls usually out of toilet paper and paper towels on both busy and slow evenings. It's a good location on the water but that's about it. You pay high prices for a mediocre snack, sometimes the beer you want in stock and very poor service with employees that are not afraid to cop an attitude with customers who are just looking to have a good night out.

We were in Seattle for a couple days and decided to take boats out everyday with the Freedom Boat Club and found this amazing Brewery right on the water free boat docking great beers good food amazing service highly recommend especially if you're coming in from the water
