Jamie installed my generator, but refused to perform warranty work. Our unit had a oil leak from day 1. He explained that he doesn't manufacture the generators and is not responsible for failures. He explained that warranty work is at his discretion. He is willing to collect money for the install, but he was unwilling to stand behind the product he installs and performing the less lucrative warranty work. Other installers in my area refuse to address warranty issues on units they did not install. Buyer beware.
