I rarely come to Seattle since I started working remotely, but sometimes, you just crave the food you miss. And oh, how I miss General Porpoise! My all-time favorite is the Vanilla Custard—it’s pure nostalgia, bringing back wonderful memories of Seattle before the pandemic. Every bite takes me back. I’d gladly make the 50-minute drive just to satisfy my craving, and it’s always worth it!

At over $20 for three doughnuts I expected so much more from these doughnuts. Choices super limited.
Taste was good but not great. Place is super cute.

$6.62 for one donut - what a rip-off! And honestly, it wasn’t even worth it. The cream wasn’t evenly spread, so it ended up tasting doughy and chewy. If you love cute coffee shops, this place might appeal to you, but I still don’t think the premium prices are justified for the quality.

Delish! Ordered the donut with chocolate & orange zest (seasonal) - sooo stuffed with the filling, light and fluffy. Enjoyed the mocha too. Cute little place with good amount of seating.

Ordered two donuts. They were good enough, but in no way were they worth the sticker shock of $13.24.

I bought pistachio and plum jam.
The oil has a bitter taste, so you have to buy it with a refreshing flavor to offset the taste.
Their tiramisu cream is always to die for, Proud Mary coffee that was excellent, and super fast and friendly service - everything you want from a grab and go breakfast.

I love how fun this place is. Elephant lanterns hang from the ceiling, and there are large windows where you can people watch. Great tea, and also great quiche in addition to donuts.

They make some of the best espresso and lattes in town. We come every weekend for coffee and a donut. It's one of our favorite routines.

Popped in and had a quick breakfast - did not disappoint! I got matcha latte with lavender syrup and a Blackberry jam donut while my bf got a Chai latte and sugar donut - all of it was yummy.

Delicious cakes and fillings with about 5-6 flavors, beautiful space, with long tables inside for group seating. The shop opens early at 7am, with few customers so the space is quiet and very comfortable. The drinks are also delicious, you should try the iced Chai latte for the morning.

I enjoyed my experience here, staff was friendly, the location is very relaxing (love the elephant lighting), and the chocolate donut that I had was delicious. Perfect blend of buttery, sweet, and sugary, with nothing out of proportion. One big hit though was the price. The one donut and 12oz iced latte I ordered came out to nearly $13 before tip, which in my mind it did not justify. If that's you're thing, knock yourself out, it's a good donut. To me it just wasn't THAT good.

I was hoping to come for a year now. They have a very light and uplifting atmosphere, the staff is super nice and helpful, and doughnuts are good. The latte was okay since I was not a fan of their beans, and the drink itself wasn’t thick enough for me.
Coffee aside, they also sell ceramic coffee mugs that I really wanted to buy. They had run out of their commercial mugs when I went but were able to find a workaround for me. I was super happy. It was super nice of them! 100/100 for the customer delight!
I was able to sit comfortably, connect to WiFi, and do some focused work.
They are known for their doughnuts. If that sounds like you, then go and pick your flavour! ?

Beautiful fresh architecture, great service, perfect donuts - what's not to love?
Macchiato coffee was artisanal, bold, and served with sparkling water. The donut was their usual paragon of flavor and texture.
