I had the Blue Burger. Totally freaking awesome! Delicious yes, but so much more... a masterpiece.I'll be back soon. I plan on trying out most of GLC's menu, starting with all the burgers. Yum Factor 12!!!Vegetarian options: All vegan menu...I do believe..maybe vegetarian but I'm pretty sure it's vegan..

This place is ridiculously pretentious. Counter service only, yet the default tip is 25% and the machine only has 20, 25, and 30 as non-custom options. I dropped it to 20% and didn't order alcohol, and everyone else at my table received their food a full 30 minutes before me. My total wait time was 1 hour and 15 minutes.As for the food itself, my bbq "pork" sandwich came on a 4-inch roll that was about 2 inches wide. Despite the small bread area, it was 90% bread. The side salad was basic greens, with onion and tomatoes. Altogether, this meal, with tip, was over $25.I will probably never be back. The only redeeming quality was that the taste of the food was good, and the music was decent.

I have been to GLC numerous times over the years, and I strongly recommend it! The folks have always been super welcoming and friendly! I have tried most of the regular food menu as well as many of the specials, and everything I have tried has tasted great. I especially like and recommend the buffalo chicken sandwich and Blue burger! I really like the atmosphere and music. Overall, GLC is an excellent spot with great vibes, music, and food, which is why we keep going back.
Omg. A vegan bar with delicious food. Everything tastes so fresh and homemade. I had the nachos and the pulled pork sandwich with a side of potato salad. The nachos were divine and definitely enough to share between 2. The pulled pork was amazing; Sweet bbq, fresh slaw, absolutely delicious. The potato salad was melt in your mouth. I’m newly vegan and am so happy there is something like this nearby. I’ll definitely be coming back to try everything on the menu.

Been here twice and excited to go back. The food is fantastic -- definitely worth the price. The pulled pork sandwich and Reuben are both great. I used to eat meat, and the homemade meat substitutes here are super believable.Also love the punk/metal aesthetics ??

Bartender wasn't very helpful, and heard the owner Alan being so incredibly rude. He was telling someone that they were wasting his time and "pissing him off", and from what I could see, there just didn't seem to be a good reason to say that to the people at that time. I didn't have any other issues with any of the staff, but this was enough that I will not be back so that the owner doesn't have another opportunity to treat someone like that. I think that Alan's comment on this review just proves I made the right choice. Have the day you deserve Alan.

What an excellent dining experience at this vegan establishment! Finally, I had the chance to savor a delectable burger after a long time, and it was truly exceptional. The service was generally good, and the staff exhibited great kindness. However, the reason I'm not leaving a 5-star rating is that we waited quite a while for our server, and it wasn't communicated to us that we needed to approach the bar to place our order, which was somewhat frustrating as we were conducting a business meeting with time constraints. Nevertheless, this restaurant boasts an impressive menu and a wonderful atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend it as a fantastic vegan dining option!
