What a delightful sandwich. Everything about this sandwich was phenomenal. The ooey gooey cheese, the bread that's perfectly crispy on the outside and soft & buttery on the inside, and the roasted pork & ham that's not too salty & not too fatty. I enjoyed every bite. The artwork in the restaurant is also interesting. Plenty to look at while waiting for the food to be prepared. I'd definitely come here again. I want to try their other offerings :)

Atmosphere. I loved it. I loved the art on the wall, I loved the old Santeria record on the wall (my dad had that same record). I loved the bright colors and the bright blue doors.Service. Top notch! It was just a nice interaction.Food. I had been telling my GF about the greatness af an authentic Sanwish Cubano and how probably the most critical part of it is the bread, and how the only bread that can be used to make a truly authentic Cuban sandwich comes from a bakery in Tampa FL. Crazy! They have the bread!!! Seriously, they have it. The proprietor heard me say that to her, and just as I was saying it, I noticed a box from that very bakery. I knew at that moment I was in for a delectable treat. The sandwich took me back to the last few times I was in Miami and Cocoa/Merritt Island/Cape Canaveral. Jamon, lechon, the cheese, pickle and mustard in the halves of that amazing bread, buttered and pressed!ABSOLUTE HEAVEN!!!!120 mile drive. Each way. Just for a sandwich. But a sandwich like no other!!! Expertly crafted, by an expert sanwish craftsman.Go. GO!!!! You will not be disappointed!

This place is bomb! I have ordered the Tampa Cubano, and it's soooo good. The bread is perfect, the meat, the cheese, the pickles, this entire sandwich is made with care. My favorite part is it's not messy, it holds it composure even being jam packed with stuff. Better than Bongos, this place is great.

I went for lunch at about 2pm, the manager Adrian provided a great service. I ordered a Pan con Bistec Sandwich. The taste and flavor of the meat and the special cuban sauce all together was insanely great. 5 stars for sure. Planning to come back soon.

I walked in and saw only one person at work, both taking orders and cooking. Ordered a Cuban sandwich and was told it would be ten minutes. 45 minutes later I still didn't have my sandwich. I didn't even ask for a refund, I just walked out, across the street to burger master. If you don't mind waiting an hour plus for your lunch, please tell me how the food is. I'm dying to know.

I was in Seattle, hungry and without any recommendations. I happened to be nearby and walked in. Clean shop with friendly staff behind the counter. I ordered the Tampa Cubano and I was floored by the quality of this sandwich. I wish I had ordered more. It was a flavor explosion. The next time I'm in Seattle I'm coming back!

So good, totally coming back to try everything else on the menu.

Food is 4.5 stars easy because the prices are the same but no plantons and no mojo sauce. I have edited my review because they saw and adapted. My review was in regards to the service and I have come back twice and have received great service both times. Hands down the best Cubanos that I've tried in Seattle. Just makes sure you get the green sauce with it.

Review for the Tampa Cuban As a Tampanian, I've been searching for a great Cuban in Seattle for years. This was not it. It wasn't bad but it's not authentic and the Cuban bread was severely lacking...not crispy, it looked barely pressed (almost shaped like a baguette, which is very different) and was the most disappointing part. The choice of ham was incorrect. All in all, it's pretty good, but IS NOT a true Cuban, let alone a Tampa Cuban. Just don't go into this expecting it to be THE Cuban you've heard about.

Deleted my old review. I eat here once every week, sometimes once every other week. Everything is absolutely delicious. The owner is super friendly as is his family. The hot sauce is the best you've ever had. He just dropped ham croquettes on the menu and they're amazing. I've had just about every sandwich by now. They're all great.Come eat this food, you won't be disappointed.

I read about this place and decided to make the drive all the way from west Seattle. The drive was worth it!!! I have had Cuban food from several different places and this place can compete with those places. The food was amazing and the owner was super nice. I will be going back to try more. I had the Tampa Cuban and the pork tamale and the yucca fires plus the rice with the black beans

This place is the spot to go for a Cuban in Northern Seattle! We frequent the movie theater in the area and when we have the chance, grabbing a Cuban beforehand and eating it in the parking lot is our move! It's a small place that can easily be missed in a little strip of shops on Aurora. Don't be fooled by the area or appearance of this place, they make a fantastic Cuban, and fast!! Calling ahead to order makes it super easy to pop in, pay, and be on your way! I recommend the Tampa Cuban. It's delicious!

The vegetarian black bean sandwich is absolutely delicious. Crunchy, savory, and tangy. The hot sauce is fire too.

All of our plates were flavorful! The classic cuban sandwich, on point, the puerco asado was very tender and the bistec de palomilla very good too. We shared a tamal con lechon, new to us but very flavorful also. And on top of that, the service was excellent and the place nice and tidy. Recommended!

Very quick, called an order in for pickup and it was ready in like 10-15 mins. The lady I was talking with and picked up from was pretty curt, but I think it's cause this is an express service so she didn't have time to mess around lol. We got the Puerco Asado plate, the bistec de palomilla plate, and a slice of mango mousse cake to split. The Puerco Asado was the standout, flavorful and tender topped with garlic, the rice was... honestly on the dry and bland side, the maduros were nice and the bistec was rather tough but flavorful, very onion-y. The mousse cake, sitting on top of the entrees had completely melted by the time I got it out the bag, but after putting it in the fridge it was ok an hour or two later lol. I think the main draw here is it's quick service and it's sandwiches, I wasn't super blown away by the plates or the mousse desert. You'll probably have better luck with their sandwiches since those seem popular on other reviews. FYI I picked this up and drove it across town before we dug in - you might have better luck just being there and eating it right when it's at the intended temperature instead of reheating and re-cooling.
