Went to Get Baked Seattle Cookie Co. and oh my goodness are we glad we stumbled upon this place by accident!! We met Greg, the owner, and he impressed us with his knowledge and idea behind making whey protein cookies. Best “whey” to have a healthy cookie. We went with the “American Pie”. Not too sweet and my body can understand every ingredient!! Greg even heated it up for us to enjoy on the patio. Although a cookie shop, they also had the best banana pudding I’ve ever...
Don't miss this spot! Absolutely delicious, and they're packed with protein! The s'mores cookie is to die for. Gluten-free option is peanut butter cups and they're phenomenal. Find the Henry mural next to the stairs and you're in the right spot!
Every time go in to the aquarium for a volunteer dive shift, I stop by Get Baked afterward. Greg and Keri's cookies are extremely satisfying after a dive, and it's always fun to chat with Greg.
