The guy taking our order on 8/172024 got it wrong. Then ignored us when we showed up at the window for help. We asked a guy in line to ask "order taking guy" for some packs of sweetener for us since we were being ignored completely. When "standing in line guy" asked for sweetener for The Order Taking GUY" he curtly said "Ma'am I will get to you in a minute." His tone was patronizing to say the least. If you love and crave amazing coffee, this is your crack dealer!!! It’s sooooo good. These people are the best of Seattle! Friendly, cool, great product and service. Went back repeatedly! Located at the bottom of the driveway at Pike Place Market! They have water for your dog too! See? Full service!
