Went to Ghostfish Brewing while visiting Seattle from North Carolina. It was absolutely amazing! I have been gluten free for 5 years and this was such a fun find and treat! I had the chicken tenders and Parmesan fries. So good! My boyfriend who is NOT gf had the spicy chicken sandwich and said he couldn’t tell it was gf. The bun was super good, which is rare with gf. Awesome brewery! We had contact with three staff members and all were very friendly and attentive. A great selection of their own beers and very nice atmosphere. It is near the stadiums, but it wasn't a game day so it was easy to find parking. I am from out of town so this was my first time visiting Ghostfish. I would definitely recommend.
Poor service at times. Food, drinks, and atmosphere are great, and it's all gluten free, a safe haven for celiacs and gluten intolerant people. I've had the fish tacos, fish and chips, mushroom burger, Ghostfish burger, and churros. All great, and the buns hold together really well.
The churros are a bit dense and seems like they have trouble getting heated up sometimes in the oven due to that but they're not bad.
