I've now been in twice and I really love the coffee here! It's so interesting and complex. I also really liked the flaky pastry with guava and cheese. So good. Wish there was parking so I could drop in before work on workdays but for now it's just a great stop on a long walk.
Great little cafe gem! The owner was super nice and passionate about their product. Beans are roasted onsite so you know they're fresh. The cafe also offers a variety of brewing methods to try (some are authentic to Costa Rica). I had a iced oat latte and a croissant toast egg sammich, both were really tasty.

This place serves only Costa Rican coffee (arguably the best kind) that the owner, Carlos, sources himself. The food is excellent but the coffee is what makes it special. There is clearly so much passion and knowledge behind what they serve. Getting to talk to Carlos about his clear love of Costa Rica and it's beans is also a treat.
