This company is the bad company to work the they Employ money for 45 days before you get your final payment Surim money take 1 year before they pay you second they ask you for shipyard if you reject they cut your Employment which other fishing company don't care about any process to do shipyard it's your choice to do to shipyard if you don't want to do shipyard is fine people leave out of state they they heat to see people getting off speeding time woth there family how can you be in the sea for 5 month do all B season plus hake come home November only stay woth your family 2 month go back to A season they still want you to do shipyard they boss they don't care about your family Emergency if you hard family Emergency and you could not show up they will put you on standby which I see they do it to one african man good work man has family to feed Michelle will put you on standby do to family Emergency you don't make to your shipyard they think they pay more than other company but they aren't they people there don't see the difference the boat is faster than other company the cargo is big than other boat the difference hour's they keep insult people

There's a beautiful mural on the outside of the building. The company owns commercial fishing ships that fish the waters of Alaska for much of the year. Fish payload is offloaded in Alaska and the ships do not return until winter. This allows the docks to also be used for loading passengers on cruise ships. Otherwise, the area is not open to the public.

The employee there is the ugliest rudest meanest person I have ever known. Pretty sure she is related to the grinch before his heart grew.We understood that the picnic tables were for your business but before you go yelling at people and belittling people especially when kids are present you should take a deep breath. The employee before you gave us permission to sit when we asked. You had no signs posted anywhere stating no sitting.We thought it was hilarious when we exited the cruise that you had taken my advice to remove the tables.Ps - a simple “those are reserved” would’ve been sufficient.

I applied for Processor position and basically got told to kick rocks because I asked about religious exemption mind u it was just a question also stating I would get the vaccine if that was the case..Thank you Michelle Cruz?

The only job I had where I interviewed and was able to bring whatever I "needed" on the ship and they didn't check or care. Don't even worry about a drug test they don't care, you take one but hahaha is all I have to say no test before you board my man. My buddy is out there now with a stack of stuff! So for great pay, but these and people and company let everything slide this is the place!! PS thank you HR
Great people on staff on the actual boat but front office and HR have been no help and always left out very important details - like how long it takes to receive your first check. Would not work for ever again.

This company suck's I work there I work there working hard conditions long hours no rest no sleep rotten fish everywhere just hope somebody doesn't get sick from eating their food long hours and the pay rate is not good better off with an hourly job terrible treatment I got injured and no one helped me at all
