I like Glos. The service is always friendly. They make a good breakfast i like the 2 egg wit meat option or the Blackstone benedict. That benedict is top tier! The huevous rancheros is also good but a lil big so a good option if you're really hungry. The bloody Mary is soo good too! It gets busy fast so get there early or be prepared to wait at least an hour. It's close to the park so you can wait there

If you’ve never been to Glo’s, you are missing out on the best food in Capitol Hill. The wait time can be lengthy but it’s definitely worth it. The staff are friendly and oh my word…the food is EXCELLENT. Our last visit, I had the salmon Eggs Benedict with avocado. It was absolutely delicious. Glo’s is the only diner where I’m willing to try something new every-time I visit cos I’ve never been disappointed.

☆ bonus points for having that one generic pink hand soap that is reminiscent both in appearance and aroma, of bubble gum

I judge all breakfast spots, regardless of cost or style, on their ability to make a poached egg. This place nailed it. Exceeded expectations. Made the simplest things taste amazing! Organized. Friendly and despite the line well worth the wait.

Everyone working there was great and atmosphere was nice. I won’t be xoming back however because food was low effort and contain my weekly norm of sodium. Also, if you’re trying to eat healthy and get your protein, they have nothing to offer.

Glo’s is a bustling American diner known for killer hashbrowns but I’ve only ever had their coffee. My order is usually a brown sugar oat milk latte, Molly put me on to that awhile ago and it’s a keeper. The other day they were out of brown sugar though so Ian made me a vanilla oat milk Cortado and it tasted like a toasted marshmallow. I liked it a lot. I liked it enough to want to tell a fellow vendor how good it was.

5 stars across the board!

Tables are spaced just far enough to be comfortable without waisting space, the service has consistently been phenomenal, and the food is always top quality. If I had to find a critique, it’d be the physical size of the location. Be prepared to wait 30-45 min during morning hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Highly recommended, I hope you enjoy it as much as I!
