Excellent food at reasonable prices. Had the pleasure to briefly chat with the owner. Wonderful lady. Will certainly be going back to try other dishes.

I went on valentines day, and let's just start by saying the service was amazing. The food is sooo gooood. I had jollof and beef and my friend had light soup with fufu. The only downside is the chicken in the soup was not the best but the broth was amazing. The jollof and beef were well seasoned. The waakye was so good too. Everything reminded of Ghana! Great place!

Food is incredible. This restaurant deserves more traffic because it’s one of the best in First Hill or Capitol Hill. Tina is amazing and I’m super excited that they are expanding for lunch hours because I’m gonna be eating jollof rice and short ribs every week.

The food is SO GOOD, so incredibly flavorful, so fresh, I don’t think there’s a single thing you could order that wouldn’t be delicious. I got the pineapple ginger soda, the egusi with fufu, and the Kala/ puff puff and loved every single bite/ sip. I’m vegan and I don’t think I’ve had vegan food this good in Seattle before. There are also so many vegan options! I can’t believe I’ve lived here for multiple years and am just now trying this restaurant. I will absolutely be coming back many many times. Also the vibes inside are cute, great ambiance, great food, great drinks, cannot recommend enough!

Excellent west African food. Great beverages as well, with creative cocktails using African components.

The menu emphasizes quality over quantity. Everything is great, and there are options for everyone without redundancy. The decor and atmosphere is cozy and authentic.

The owner, Tina Fahnbulleh, was the serving and bartending. She was friendly and offered helpful menu advice.

I am very disappointed as I thought this restaurant would sell good attiéké, grilled fish and sauce. This barely has sauce and the worker told me that it comes with two types of sauce. The food was tasteless, no flavor whatsoever in it. The worse part is that I brought two of them and it cost me $119. UNBELIEVABLE 😡

I ordered from this restaurant and had it delivered through Uber Eats. I paid nearly $40 for what was half a bowl of cassava leaf and a few pieces of chicken with rice/fufu. The food was tasty but I feel extremely ripped off. The prices are way too high to receive such small amounts of food. Do better.

Wanted to love it, but unfortunately, the food disappointed. We got the goat peanut stew, the pepper stew with branzino, plantains, beef empanadas, and the jollof rice. All the food besides the beef empanadas was bordering cold. The goat peanut stew in particular was obviously not fresh — the goat was tough, and the sauce had broken down. The pepper stew was a very thin broth with a small piece of fish. The jollof had good flavor, but was a bit dry and cold. The plantains and beef empanadas were the only bright spots.
