From the moment you step inside, the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked goods welcomes you like a cozy hug. Their breads are perfectly crafted, with a delightful balance of crusty exteriors and soft, flavorful interiors. The pastries? Absolutely divine—flaky, buttery, and with just the right touch of sweetness.

Angel, the owner and his staff, are always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help you find your new favorite treat. Whether it's their signature sourdough, decadent croissants, or seasonal specialties, everything is homemade with love and care.

Golden Wheat Bakery is a go-to spot for baked goods. I can't recommend it enough!

Amazing bakery, owner honored my good 2 go order when it was placed during the holidays and it was closed.

Tasted really fresh and delicious, loved the muffin cake, ginger bread and other assorted sweet pastries.

We will be back!

What a nice experience! The customer service was excellent, the prices were very fair, and the baked goods were delicious! I got a chocolate croissant and a cinnamon roll… YUM!!! I’ll be back!

Got an incorrect order, missed to give things I asked for, the vibe and the view sitting in the cafe is incredible though. Loved their tamales but didn’t like the sourdough bread or their coffee or tea or the croissant that was neither crisp nor tasted great.

Neighborhood family owned spot. Coffee is mediocre and pastries are decent. The food is pretty good but portions sizes have really gone downhill. This burrito was 14$ with tip.

Tamales are excellent! Better than the ones I tried in Mexico City. Coffee cake was amazing too. Friendly people. I highly recommend this place!

It’s like being back in Mexico. The pastries are enormes y deliciosos. I stop here every now and then on my way to the office. Honestly, I should do it more often.

Amazing light food, great pastries, filling. Really friendly service and delicious coffee. Would come back and would recommend if you’re in the neighbourhood - great for breakfast, lunch, or a snack.

This South American bakery in the heart of the Central District is operated by three generations of the Rocha family, who bake South American and European cookies, pastries, and breads daily. But my favorite treat here are the pupusas from the hot breakfast menu. Freshly-griddled, hand-filled corn cakes come crisp on the outside and warm and gooey in the center, with a side of tangy curtido and tomato salsa. (Don't sleep on the "skinny egg and bean" burritos either).
