It's a drive-thru, so the atmosphere is just that... it's a good drive-thru. It can get confusing if there are long lines. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. I especially enjoy the chai soy lattte.

I recently visited this coffee shop and was really disappointed with the experience. The coffee itself was decent, but the service was terrible. The girl working behind the counter was incredibly rude and unfriendly. It felt like she was doing me a favor by taking my order, To top it off, they seemed to expect a tip, despite the poor service. With the attitude she had, I didn’t feel like my business was appreciated at all. There are plenty of other coffee shops around where the staff actually care about their customers.

The blonde girl employee stole my debit card information this morning. She did steal 151$ for her own needs. How dare her do that to the customer? And I'm sure she did steal from many other customers.
A drive through stand in crown hill area. Friendly quick enough service.
Parking: It is a drive through so not really applicable

I was amazed at the coffee delight and quality baristas hidden in this unsuspecting “shack” off the side of the road. And if you are not looking for it, you could pass it by easily. This my friends is a treat you must seek out.
Baristas were spunky, fun, lively and made fantastic coffee. They had a high-level of detail to the smallest aspects of the order that gave a special crafted touch to each beverage they created. They topped it all off with garnishing her coffees with a chocolate cover espresso bean treat, which I would NEVER turn down;)
One visit and I was hooked! Not to mention prices were extremely reasonable.
It is a drive up location which can easily get you moving towards your destination in the fabulous city of Seattle

The barista was extremely rude to us upon drive through. Did not catch her name unfortunately. She felt the need to educate us that cold brew cannot be served hot. We obviously know this. So I told her I understand that and the rest of the conversation was just an uncomfortable judgmental experience. Her facial expressions, everything. So she handed the drink back to my husband very aggressively, basically slamming it into his hand. She then served us a drink that wasn’t cold brew and I know this because the bottom liquid was warm upon drinking it. (Pretty certain she gave us espresso and water). It was all just so odd. I never go here because the line is always ridiculously long. But today I did and I won’t be going back. There are plenty of other coffee places to choose from nearby that I can recommend in which the wait is shorter and the staff is nicer.

Small little shack serving coffee drinks here. The two women working in there were very friendly and helpful. We got two iced americanos that were nice and strong and really cold. We came back a second time and got an americano. Coffee in both cases was strong but not bitter. It's nice that you can just drive by with your car right to the window and order, makes it very convenient.
