Drivers are inattentive and impatient. Especially van16. Find another company!!
Great vegan and vegetarian food options.
Soba Noodle Salad was terrible. Hard, dry noodles just after purchase from Metro Market. The (environmental) cardboard bowl probably draws all the moisture out over time.)Heavy salt soy sauce.More green veggies would have jazzed this up
We love Gourmondo and would highly recommend their catering services for any event. Their lead server had excellent communication with me throughout to coordinate serving times with our presentation, and we had so many compliments on the food as well. Love working with them and their team!
I was a guest of an employee at an event catered by this company. It was highly significant to me that the guests ordered pizza, and also brought their own food, since the food provided by Gourmondo was deemed sub-standard, and lackluster in both taste and presentation. At the bar, I saw the most appalling bartending practices on display: both bartenders, Andrea G., and Sean B., were seated in stools, and texted and were on their phones during the entire event, and sure seemed annoyed when anyone approached them for service. I would not hire these losers.
Great catering for business meals! They make it super easy, spell out every ingredient, and delivery is prompt and followed all our security procedures. Oh and the food is great! I got a bunch of compliments from our 65 attendees, especially people with dietary restrictions who are used to being given just a garden salad and instead had satisfying choices!
Chef Bill is fabulous!
Great place
Severely disappointed with Gourmondo after they let go of an employee very recently at their cafe location without any strikes, or warnings. This employee was a highly adored member of the Amazon building and brought joy to many of us from interns to long-standing employees. I hope the new management puts more effort in getting to know their employees and their years of service before taking such a strong action.
Very relaxing atmosphere. Food is good too?.

I had the chop salad yesterday and the lemongrass tofu noodle today. Both seemed to have fat-free dressing. The lack of oil made the dressing bitter and unpleasant, appealing only to those who see salad as a penance. I was able to salvage these barely edible items with some olive oil.Since these were lunch boxes for work crews, bitter, fat-free dressing is an unkind act.
The food was great, but I was disappointed by the amount of single-use packaging in each meal. It would be great to see the company take on a waste reduction goal!
Had a catered lunch box at an event the salad was fresh and tasted ver good.
Wife and I came in here today, we got two Sweet Cream Cold Brews (or whatever it's called here), the cream was sweet but mixed with the coffee it wasn't really good at all. We also bought one Vanilla Funfetti Ding Dong and one Classic Chocolate also. We were excited to try the Vanilla Funfetti....well that excitement was short lived. There was NO FLAVOR! It wasn't sweet, it wasn't vanilla....it was...nothing!!! We took one bite and threw it in the garbage.Needless to say, we won't be back.
I have worked here every summer since I was 16! I have loved growing with the company and learning more and more. This company is very inclusive and there is a lot of opportunity to grow. They invest a lot into training and educating employees, and the owner is absolutely inspiring and selfless. Great place to work either seasonally, full time, or part time.Never really post reviews but this company has supported me and taught me so much! Highly recommend the cafe at MOHAI (where I used to work) for their sandwiches ? and coffee
