Customer service does not know the meaning of serving the customer. I called with some constructive feedback from an order today and was greeted with defensiveness and a comment to read their FAQ's, instead of their willingness to make things right, offer a discount code, etc. I shouldn't have to read FAQ's to place a simple food order, and also have never had these issues with Gourmondo before. I have been ordering Gourmondo for 8 years for large business meetings, but it only takes one negative experience to make me stop. There are other companies to order from.

Soba Noodle Salad was terrible. Hard, dry noodles just after purchase from Metro Market. The (environmental) cardboard bowl probably draws all the moisture out over time.)Heavy salt soy sauce.More green veggies would have jazzed this up

I was a guest of an employee at an event catered by this company. It was highly significant to me that the guests ordered pizza, and also brought their own food, since the food provided by Gourmondo was deemed sub-standard, and lackluster in both taste and presentation. At the bar, I saw the most appalling bartending practices on display: both bartenders, Andrea G., and Sean B., were seated in stools, and texted and were on their phones during the entire event, and sure seemed annoyed when anyone approached them for service. I would not hire these losers.

I got a bunch of compliments from our 65 attendees, especially people with dietary restrictions who are used to being given just a garden salad and instead had satisfying choices!
