Grain House is a true gem in Seattle! The sushi is incredibly fresh, with flavors that come together perfectly in every bite. It’s a cozy spot with a warm, friendly vibe, and definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

I had the lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl and the flavor was good. I would have like to have more of the salad part. The spring roll was okay. Nothing to write home about but a cute place!

Perfect place for a quick bite.
Came here reading all the reviews and it turned out to be a disappointment. The Sushi and Banh Mi were mediocre.

The pho was delicious. Staff were polite and on top of keeping the place clean and tidy. Will be back.

Really good Pho broth, great drinks, surprisingly good sushi and gyudon. The prices are fair, the ordering system is easy, service is speedy and efficient, and the food is consistently good.

I like the pho and ramen noodle because the broth not too strong and then good enough portion for 1 people. Good location, affordable for me as student, and nice vibes.

We went during lunch time. We got a few things like ramen, an app, and Boba tea. The boba pearls tasted funny and old the noodles were dry, and the boiled eggs were sad and also looked and tasted kind of old. None of us felt like it was that good and were disappointed.
Perhaps it was a bad day (one off situation) but is usually better? Since I'm not from the area, I don't want to go back to give it another chance.
I'm giving it 2 stars because it is in a good/convenient location, it's reasonably priced, and the food was not great.

My husband and I stopped in for sushi 🍣 with our two teens on our last night in Seattle. Ordered SIX rolls and smashed them all!! SO good! Rolls were a good size, for a great price, and the service was excellent. 💜
*We made a reservation, but it's totally not necessary. Finding street parking was a pain, but that's downtown Seattle for you.

Wow, this place served up sushi every bit as fresh and amazing as other places in town that are twice the price! We had miso soup and 4 rolls including an orgasm roll, fire mountain roll, California roll, and another one on a recommendation that I can't even remember the name of, and all four were delicious and unique. This will be a definite repeat for us.

I got my order to go, but waited in their lobby! Friendly staff, and quick service! Only had to wait about 10 minutes for my sushi and salad.

Good but plain, not enough ingredients
They have a simple (not in a bad way) menu. The food is pretty solid, but didn’t blow me away.
