Great Notion Brewing - Georgetown offers fantastic beers with a great variety. The staff are friendly and helpful, with Shawn being particularly awesome. Despite closing early due to winter hours, the environment is enjoyable and less chaotic compared to other locations. While they don't have food on-site, there are nearby options. A really nice place with a unique selection of beers, including sours.
