Love their beer but marketing sucks. Haven't been here in a couple years but randomly started getting lots of marketing emails recently. You guys are better than that, not going back because of this.
Terrible experience with an extremely rude employee
Bartender was extremely rude. I bought a 6 pack of their cans before we left, ended up staying and drank one of them and then had a question about them. He told me that i can’t drink them here and that I was cut off and not to come back. I said I didn’t know and he told me it was state law. I obviously had no idea it was any kind of law or even that the 6 packs were to-go only. Which is strange because it’s the same can that I had just bought and drank there. So I told him he should probably tell people that when he sells them to which he said “maybe I will next time” and I said I don’t know if there’s going to be a next time for me to which he said “good I don’t want you here anyways”. It was a very strangely aggressive interaction as I wasn’t rude, I had only had a flight so it’s not like I was tipsy and not checking myself. Needless to say I will not be returning here, which is unfortunate because I really enjoy the beer here and have been here a few times before. I would strongly advise Great Notion Brewing to evaluate their staffing choices as their staff are the face of their brand. I emailed their customer support, was assured that someone would get back to me, which never happened, so I guess this kind of behavior towards customers is tolerated.
UPDATE: it has been well over 2 weeks now. Customer support is ignoring my messages and I was never contacted by management.
Beers were ok, but it was kinda expensive. Beers are half the cost at Georgetown brewing
Really a reservation to drink a beer outside! Many empty tables.
I have no idea how the beer is, because there was nowhere to park! Access to this section of Airport Way is also difficult.
We tried parking in front of the beer garden, but someone from the brewery walked out to let us know we needed to park somewhere else. Street parking is sparse, as well, because of the numerous RVs of unhoused people.
I'm sorry to be harsh, but the owners should reconsider this location.
Great spot! Cool vibes good beers good times
Great bar, bartenders are cool and always great beers. Andrea & Jarika, are the highlight of my Fridays when they work!
Love the beer, the staff are dope, but they close early. They're on winter hours so last call happens by around 8:30/8:45. By the time I get off work and go to make my way there it just isn't worth the drive. Otherwise really enjoy the environment there, less chaotic than the Ballard location.
Great atmosphere & fun funky beers!

Great place! Fantastic beers! Shawn the bartender was awesome! I literally tried every beer on the menu, with Shawn’s help! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!!
Not a kid friendly location, 21+Families are customers too!!
Edit bc they responded: Beer and service are fine. However I can't patronize this place bc there is no where to park so it's staying one-star🤷🏼 Beware you have to pay for parking. The scumlord property owner is now charging for parking. They have wanna be cops come through and write tickets if you park in their empty lot. The property owner is a greedy blight on society.
Fantastic sours, great hazy IPA's and DIPA'sSome of the best T-shirt designs
We loved visiting Notion in Georgetown. We stopped here to kill time on the way to the airport. They didn't have food on site but they have walking distance recommendations. Really cute place and a great variety of beers. Don't see too many sours in the city...this place is really nice.
