Pretty expensive for small sloppy burgers. I don’t mind the price so much, but the burgers were tiny and sloppy. We got a lot of fries with just a single order and they were ok. Overall, I’d probably just go to Shake Shake at University Village instead. I was there recently and the burger was much more filling and was a bit cheaper. The burger in y pic was $14.50. We spent $37(including tip) for two burgers and one fry.

Very calm and charming place! The burger was one of the highest quality I have ever had and the ingredients were well washed and fresh, damn does it make a difference to have a legitimate burger. 🍔 I got their seasonal western burger and it was cooked perfectly. I actually like a tiny bit of underdone and they nailed it! 10/10 would reccomend!

Expensive for what you get - burgers were lower quality than Dick’s and greasy.

Mostly a takeout place with decent burgers and fries. You can order online, and it will be ready when you arrive.

Solid Burger, Great Staff.

Really good burger, I should have ordered a double! Crinkle cut fries were delish.

We ordered 2 western burgers hoping that since it was the seasonal one it would be one of the best ones cause it is available for a short window. Neither the less it was an expensive garbage. First of all it wasn’t even seasoned and to top it off they burnt it and snuck it into the sandwich. Even everything that was in the sandwich didn’t taste good. Only thing that was exceptionally good was the onion rings which was not the soggy frozen onion that wouldn’t cut even after biting it. The jones soda is water downed as well. I rather eat Dick’s burger any day or I wish Burgermaster didn’t have to move. Please don’t rip people off with a burger that is the size of a slider and yet doesn’t even to make it good. Never going back. Thanks for an expensive mistake.

Just don't waste your money on the OJ. 6 bucks for some shit from the store

The food is good, but hilariously overpriced. $45 bucks for 2 burgers, 1 small fries and 1 small milkshake?

Was expecting a big burger what got is the equivalent to a basic McDonald's burger and it wasn't fantastic to say the least

This is a place, you try ONE TIME, leave wounded and WARN all your friends to AVOID. A LITTLE burger for $14 including tip. Beyond belief.

Overly expensive! Also the burger was soggy.

It's fine. Same prices as shake shack and not nearly as good though.

Never again- Never going back!
They have burgers that they didn't know what ingredients were in. Plant-based or not. I asked all three employees and one of them said it was made of peas. I looked on the website and they kept pointing me to the piece of paper that had no information on the ingredients of the vegetarian burger. I told them as long as it wasn't soy because I have a blood clotting disorder from estrogen foods such as soy.

This food USED TO BE flavorful and keep my family full. Now it all tastes like sand salt and oil and is garbage food. Thin as heck, hard, old dried out and processed. They weren't always cheap crap ingredients when they first came to Seattle in Ravenna and Amazon campus. WHAT HAPPENED? QUALITY IS TRASH.

Every time I go back here the food is worse. I wasn't the only one thinking this, my friends have had the same experience the last few years. First they stopped carrying Field Roast which was hearty chewy awesome and full of oats and mushrooms and whole grains. They used to have Tillamook cheese. Now it's Sysco.

We were lied to that the burger was made of peas and instead was chock full of crap low quality chemicals ingredients. We're talking soy, synthetic colorants such as fd&c blue #1 which causes cystic acne and birth defects , and fd&c yellow #4 linked to lowering sperm count and infertility.

The fries are hard discolored old overcooked and oily.
What happened to the real butter flaky fresh fries?

Both the burger buns were squashed thin and hard burnt a little. The cheese was still hard and cold not melted at all.
The vegetarian burger was cold and our order was made in about 2 minutes.
All three guys I think are new but also burnt out from the job. I can imagine how hard they work all day well the front counter guy was. The cook and other guy were standing around.

Great State owners should fix this or go to hell with their business. I hope they go visit their own sites and understand how bad the quality is and customer service is now. What a waste of time. My family was a huge fan the first 2 years they came to Seattle. We will never return.

The prices at Great State have gone up and the quality has gone down. We're going to Dicks in the future! The only place in town where quality is still trusted ingredients and the prices are still fair. Over $40 for a soda 2 fries and 2 thin baby size burgers given to us dry and cold. How is that even possible?

Years ago I use I love this great state it's my favorite I've been going there for years since they opened they do really fun events for families and movie nights. Veggie burger is my favorite because it's full of veggies that are very burger-like.

Vegetarian options: The food is full of synthetic colorants and soy. Don't bother. They used to carry Field Roast and sold out to cheaper ingredients for more cost for consumers
