Great burgers, fries, and onion rings! Highly recommend! Short walk from the Children’s Hospital and great take out when you grab a pint at Burke Gilman Brewery!

Too expensive for a basic burger.
Everything is a la carte.

This place is ok because the hamburgers were good but the milkshakes are way too sugary. But, the milkshakes are addictive. Also, the restaurant doesn't have enough space to fit a lot of people in the restaurant. That's why I think this restaurant is ok.
We do like how the burgers are grilled to order.
The burger isn’t quite smashed and the patty is thick. The buns are super soft.
The crinkle fries are fried to perfection and not too salty.
The prices are steep!

It’s just crazy expensive. $25 for the bigger burger and fries. Extra cost to add stuff on. Milkshakes crazy expensive
Just not worth the price one bit.
Delicious meal, waffle fries are great, chill vibe and quick service.

Lots of improvement opportunities here.
First, the tables were dirty and sticky when we sat down to eat. This seemed odd considering they were not busy - we were the only customers and the two people working weren't doing anything.
Second, the food was expensive. We ordered a great burger, cheeseburger, 2 fries, and 2 sodas - $50+ dollars. The burgers were small and absolutely no reason to be $10. Now, the burgers were good, fries were fresh but $6! They weren't fresh cut or anything but a frozen type. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. The Jones soda - $4 for a 12oz cup. Again, I get the area is part of the UDistrict, but seriously, so many ways to cut costs here.
Third, just an overall disappointment of the service as it felt like the individuals didn't want to be there.

Prices are way too high
Just not worth the price. Didn’t even get a drink, which I think would have made the experience more maddening.

Restaurantji Recommends
Food was incredibly over priced and employees were ddisinterested. I would have very little issue with this if the food was actually good but it was no better then a child slapping together preprepared ingredients. There's absolutely nothing special about this place and i would recommend you don't waste your time and money like I did. Shake shack is not far and while they're also overpriced, at least you get your money's worth. Don't come here unless you want to be disappointed.

I visited the location at Laurelhurst near Seattle Childrens. Typically the food is excellent. Almost always my order comes out exactly as ordered online. Today, not so much. The customer service, presentation and the ability to read the order was highly lacking by the guy who looked like he walked out of Harry Potter. “Hagrid” needs to go back to school with the kids at Hogwarts. His magical abilities are either rusty or his wand is no longer working.
I asked for my fries to be extra crispy. They looked like they were cooked by Dobby. Half limp and half cooked. So I grabbed my kidlings, walked back inside and said my fries aren’t well done. He says, “they aren’t?!”. I showed him the limpy pasty and sad looking fries. He looked at me as if I stole his quaffle sneakily in Quidditch. No apology, or anything. Like I was a bother asking for my correct order. When I did get my fries…they were still not extra crispy and they were what normal fries were supposed to be like. I took my inadequate fries and l left in fear he may cast a spell upon my fries. Meanwhile my families burgers were cooling and waiting.
There were no other people other than one straggler here and there. I’m So glad I did not tip prior or after..it’s appalling you even ask..is this why my order was not correct? Who knows why “hagrid” was bla about doing his job. And why even ask for tips when all you are, are cooking a burger and fries where we as customers are cleaning up and walking in.
I’ll think twice about going in again if I see his hagrid face at the grill again. That guy should not be working in a restaurant or with people near a children’s hospital. Some of the families that come in, their kids are very specific with their food which is why the “extra crispy” is ordered by my family.
Enjoy my photo of our limpy, pasty krinkle taters swords.
