I’m am working down on the piers and they close at 8. I arrived at 7:35 and they locked the doors right in front of me. Even while you see others inside putting their orders in. I e had the burgers before and they are a burger at that.

Employee at the cash register should have been an indication of our experience. No customer service skills at all. After paying $13 for a hamburger and 8 for onion rings and a drink the food was disappointing. The size was no more than a kids meal and the onion rings were almost burnt. Highly recommend you keep walking to find something better.

Will overly priced for getting our food the onion rings where rock hard couldn't even eat then I think and believe that for the outrageous price we are paying you would think that it would be freshly cooked but we couldn't stay and do all that cause we had to catch a ferry so whoever wants to eat there I wouldn't recommend it unless you have it freshly cooked at the moment you order SERIOUSLY this is DANYELLE posting this on my boyfriends page THIS PLACE TOTALLY SUCKS and it is located in a beautiful place by the water close to the Seattle to Bainbridge ferry I love the scenery and love walking it sometimes

IThis is my favorite spot to eat on the peir!! The food is always great, the place is super clean even when its busy and the staff couldn't be nicer!!!!

The onion rings were really great. The burger was alarmingly small and the cheese wasnt even melted. The taste of the burger was better than average, but just barely. We are here on vacation and this is not a place I'd return to eat given all of the other options around.
