Great food. Terrible disorganization. Waited 30 mins for one teriyaki order.

Took 30 minutes to get my sandwich, which was dripping with grease, and tasted like fish. fries were mid.

We love Grillbird! It’s our favorite spot to get takeout and love that we feel safe eating here as a family with celiac disease. The sides are just as yummy as the chicken.

They save low budget rice and noodles, like the cheapest stuff you can find is what exactly they serve. And their grilled chicken is MID

I love the experience of Grillbird from ordering to eating. Use of tech to order at the kiosks or easy menu to navigate online. Their grilled teriyaki is the best in Seattle hands down. Sobi noodles are delicious, sesame, Katsu and the bang bang are constant go-tos all for a reasonable price and good portions. Grillbird is absolutely the best.

I tried the Five Spice Beef for the first time. It was flavorful, not spicy hot at all, and the most melt in your mouth tender meat I have ever had.

Still one of the best restaurants not just in West Seattle but the entire Seattle area. Extraordinary food, exceptional service, incredibly friendly staff.

Wow constant good place since opening. Always would recommend. To ME a tradional NW teriyaki with a 50% Hawaii plate lunch feel. I love it.

Love the gyoza, teriyaki chicken and now the beef and broccoli! :)

Edit 9/18/25:
;( they 86’d the beef/broccoli (the 5 spice beef doesn’t taste as good to me) & Gyoza 😭😭

But Ill still get the chicken teriyaki and noodles, just sad

My first time around the West Seattle area and saw this place on the top 10 list - I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into, However the staff was very kind and welcoming. Devyn has good energy and I really appreciated his patience with choosing my sides.
After a hour of sitting, the chicken was still extremely crispy and the Mac and shredded cabbage was incredible.
If I'm back in the area, I'll be sure to come by again!

Delicious teriyaki, awesome sides, and tasty sauces. Grillbird is our first choice for takeout when kid sports run late and we’re in a rush for dinner time. Heck, it’s our first choice for takeout when the kids aren’t even playing sports!
