To the queen who was closing on 12/22 you absolutely sleighed me and my friends drink! You gave such good recommendations to me (who didn’t like super sweet drinks but still wanted something festive) and my friend! Honestly great costumer service and awesome barista skills. Will def be coming back!

I come to the stand when I want something specific and today I ordered it and got something completely different. The drinks are great but sometimes the food is so so. Really disappointing that I was given the wrong thing.

The last 5 times I came here they didn't decorate my drink all cute and stuff with the candy. Isn't that you guy's brand??? Also these new employees are very passive aggressive and nonchalant... Please bring back the guy with the blue hair. I liked him because he was always cheerful and actually remembered my drink. Lastly, every time I come here, the price for a jumbo changes. Anyways, I have a free drink to redeem and I think after this punch card, that'll be the last time coming here.

Cannot find their menus anywhere. They have a regular menu that other customers have posted but are known for doing seasonal menus with delicious themed drinks. You can only find it online if other people share it but it never says what the flavors or ingredients are. I hate that I have to wait until I'm in line to see what new drinks they have then ask at the window what they are. They're near the Tressa apts and Kidd Valley so I want to spend as little time there as possible. None of their social media pages share their menus, ridiculous that it's almost like it is top secret.
Their marketing team needs to realize people are more likely to see something online and want to go buy it rather than drive over and see if anything sounds good. Try to entice customers with your offerings.
Their drinks are good although they sometimes go crazy overfilling with the ice.

Very cute and delicious drinks but 10 minutes per drink is kind of crazy. I will say the drinks are very cool and super over the top which is so fun! Also watched someone fent fold while waiting for our drinks which was quite an experience. All around a great time!
My family came here on vacation. The drinks were super cute and very delicious but they took forever to come out! For the price we paid I’d expect faster service— very disappointing. :(

$20 for TWO coffees that were so sugary they tasted alcoholic. One coffee came with half an old, stale moon pie; the other was blank. Neither was fun like the pictures. Really mad about spending $20 like that.

Great if you love a froo drop cutesy sweet coffee. Order The Works if you're looking for a unique topping extravaganza. Also- make sure you clarify if you want your coffee hot. I made the mistake of assuming I'd get a hot latte but default, but I think they make all drinks iced by default.
