Didn’t get what I ordered online via ChowNow trying to go direct through them.
Called three times and never got ahold of anyone. Have to wait for my order to post so I can charge back on my card since no one would answer to make this right.
Food is good when it’s correct but being charged for items that cost more and not getting them sucks.
They’ll probably respond with some nonsense about “can’t find you”, easy solution, answer your phone…

Pre-fried and reheated food. We quit going here over 4 years ago because everything was fried and bland.
We decided to try again, and had the same experience. It seemed the meats were precooked (likely deep fried), and then reheated on the grill for our order. We tried several plate dishes, all seemed to have the same greasy pre-cooked/reheated texture. The next day we all had bathroom issues.....
So sad because it is a good location with an upgraded interior. When will the owners invest in a bigger kitchen and prepare fresh meats for orders? High end prices for bland reheated foods. We will not be back.

Best gyro I’ve ever had

It’s okay. I just ordered the gyro plate to-go, it came out in a few minutes but the pita was tough and stale, like it had been sitting in a heater for too long. The cucumber and tomato salad was almost spoiled, very mushy, discolored and not fresh at all. The meat was good but very salty. After tax and tip, the dish was $25. For this price I expect at least a fresh pita and veggies. If I wasn’t already at home, I’d return it and ask for a refund.

The food was actually so incredible! I got the lamb and beef shawarma plate and it was exploding with flavor 😭 The workers were very warm and friendly. I wish I lived in the area and could come back but I'm just visiting.

We got to the restaurant at 8:55 and they closed at 8:45. It says 9:00 and when I asked the employees they said they close at 8:45. That’s not right, we drove a long way for nothing. Change the hours to 8:45 if that’s when you really close.
Our food was great. It was out to us pretty fast. The restaurant looked very clean and I was very happy to see we didn't have to pay to park while we ate.

The folks here are kind and the Special Gyro Hero fries are to die for. If you're getting them to-go, you can just ask for sauce on the side and they'll still be crisp when you get home.
