Down the street from Virginia Mason and sits next to Swedish hospital,Gyro Saj is a great fast food destination that is super tasty. You can sit down or take it to go, they have their basic gyros, but also salads which are quite large (I usually go for their gyro salad with tzatziki and hummus). Its my go to when visiting and have medical appointments

Found this place just walking down the street, and couldn't have been happier with the food. 100% the best gyro that I have ever had. I ordered hummus to go, unfortunately, they took it away from me at the airport so I can only say that it looked great.
