Looks can be deceiving. Unassuming hole-in-the-wall stop but the food is amazing. Perfectly seasoned and flavorful.

I was determined to get some authentic Cantonese on my trip to Seattle so I tried H Bistro based on photos and reviews.
Food was super oily. All i could taste was the oil on the items ordered. Little to no other flavors. They were out of boba.

Friendly staffs and very tasty food.
but because most of the food are freshly made, you have to wait for quite a while before they are served.
We waited 25mins for the clay pot which was still acceptable.

Came here for the roasted duck. It was super tasty. The skin is very crispy. We also had clay pot menu and it was also super delicious. Choi sum stir fried was very tasty.
After having several Chinese restaurants around China town, I have to say H bistro is the best.

The outside view doesn’t justify the menu and quality of the food inside. The shiitake mushroom and tofu clay pot is excellent- perfectly cooked with melt in mouth soft tofu and tasty flavoured mushrooms and veggies . Our beef stir fried noodles were great - tasty and beef perfect . Service was great and the prices very reasonable

Lucky to find this small Chinese Restaurant called H-Bistro in Seattle which offers authentic and delicious Cantonese food. The best Chinese meal we have since arriving in USA

One of my favorite spots in the ID. Delicious food, great & attentive service. I keep wanting to come back, haven't explored the whole menu yet.
Really my only issue there is that the suggested tip is calculated post-tax which is always a bit off-putting. Other than that, this restaurant really is a little gem

Cute small family owned restaurant. The roast duck was really good
Looked for Cantonese food in the area and found this. The beef chow hofun was very authentic and yummy with Wokhey.
Also got the braised beef clay pot - the beef was very tender. Overall good experience

Very delicious and authentic Cantonese food! The best walnut shrimp in the United States. The pulled chicken is very flavorful. The pea vine is my favorite vegetable at H Bistro!
