Not bad. Beat my (low) expectation for airport fast food. I only had katsu curry but katsu was decent thickness unlike paper thin whatever nowadays at teriyaki stores and curry sauce actually had pretty good veggies (not frozen).
As well as airport food goes, this is my favorite place at Seatac. It’s nothing special but the spring rolls, udon, seaweed salad and boba hit the spot.

I should have never gotten the salad rolls but I was curious. The truth is, they have to made fresh because the rice paper gets tough after you put water on it. Anytime they are sitting out, the odds are they are rough. Plus they were flavorless. So not worth the $11. If you want to offee salad rolls, make them fresh. The rice. paper will be soft and chewy. At least the peanut sauce was good.
The breakfast wrap was pretty good, lots of eggs but some tiny strips of bacon. It was also pretty salty but filling. Half a wrap nearly made me full.
All in all, don't get salad wraps prepackaged. They will never taste as good as fresh ones.

Don’t really get airport food for the reason of how some employees give the worst customer service. The 2 employees helping me out were the worst. I’m not the type to give bad reviews because I work customer service and I understand how this can affect the employees and the business but the lady Marciel literally needs to do better safe your money and go else where. Food was good just WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This place was a mainstay back when they had their little kiosk in the main terminal, but in their new location, their prices are too high, the quality has gone to crap, and the staff is just rude. No thanks.

Literally the worst fried rice I've ever had. Completely overpriced and the chicken didn't even taste real

The food suited my taste buds. A bit on pricey side but thats to be expected at an airport. There was a couple available high chair seating when i went. Weekday afternoon

Not recommended. The yakisoba was so dry and without any flavor. For $20+ flavor should be at least present.

One of the hidden secrets of SeaTac is the Hachi-ko “chicken rice soup,” which undersells this warm, gingery, chicken-y congee/jook/arroz caldo/chao ga that is a perfect light meal for weary travelers! You’ll find it hidden in the sides part of the menu, but don’t sleep on it!

Be careful, none of their prepackaged items have any allergen info listed.
Food was expensive. The teriyaki beef is super salty, not enough rice

I noticed others enjoying poke bowls, sushi, and tempura and they all looked great, so I decided to try the Hachiko Bento with both chicken and beef teriyaki. The chicken was excellent, the beef just okay, and it seemed the gyoza was missing. The portion was large enough for two people.
Previously, my order was handed to me with a to-go bag offered, so the service seems a bit inconsistent.

Ordered twice and neither can get the order right. Is it that hard to get a curry and a boba?
