You gave me the chicken udon, after I stayed 3 times I wanted tofu, now i don’t have a meal for my 6 hour flight. I want a refund. I can’t exactly bring it back and have it remade when I’m on an airplane.

I enjoyed the Shrimp Tempura and the gyoza were ok. $9 for a 20 oz. Sapporo is a deal.

The udon noodles are so bomb they are seriously the best. We live in Portland and have looked forward to those Alaska transfers in Seattle each time we travel so we can order the udon!

Enjoying the heck out of a side of 'chicken rice' soup - warm, comforting, bland enough for when your stomach is not into travel anymore, and less than $6
Before you read this, know that I'm not a Karen: I'm a 15 year old kid who loves boba
I ordered the mango tea with lychee jelly, 50% sugar. Not only was this really expensive, but they also charge $1.10 extra for the mango flavor which is outrageous. The price ended up being 8.76 after tax (no tip). When I took the first sip, I almost spit it out because it was one of the sweetest drinks I've ever had, even after getting 50% sugar. I had to mix it with an equal amount of water in order for it to be bearable. Also the straw is so weak that it freaking broke and I think I am digesting plastic now. I know this is in an airport and low quality and high price is expected, but come on. Please be better

They remodeled this place and came out with all day breakfast. I came up a few weeks later to order breakfast and was told they weren't doing it anymore. So I ordered chicken yakisoba which I used to get all the time before the remodel. They put an ungodly amount of ginger in it, to the point that that flavor completely overpowered the dish. I spent almost $20 I should enjoy what I'm eating. And there's no way to call them or reach out about the experience that I can see. Absolutely ridiculous.

I got the breakfast spam egg rice plate. Hard to mess up the taste, this wasn’t good or bad. Also got two side orders of white rice for $3.25 each and that’s why I’m writing this review. Not sure if this was a fluke, but each side was around 3.5 big scoops of rice (roughly one quart)! I’m always hungry and kinda cheap. I don’t want to pay a lot and I want something that keeps me full but won’t upset my stomach. So I’m happy with the ton of white rice I got.
If Hachi-Ko staff read this, you gotta figure out your customer flow because it’s terrible. Waiting after ordering, then picking up and leaving was one of my worst food-line experiences ever. There’s no space and you’d have to push/squeeze past the diners. I didn’t subtract stars because it wasn’t crowded when I went, but come on gang, do better.

The beef teriyaki looks like dog food and the taste reminds me of when I was first told my parents were getting divorced.
It's thin, overcooked, and tastes like rubber shavings inside a sauce that doesn't taste like teriyaki sauce.
People around me said the spicy chicken and katsu is good, but I will never know because I will never return nor will I ever eat this brand's food again. 🤷♂️

I ordered the curry with chicken katsu. The food came out hot and quick. Thr curry was okay, but thr katsu was very crispy and fresh. Also gave me plenty of rice. Definitely recommend this place if you're hungry.
The udon noodles were absolutely amazing and incredibly delicious! They were perfectly chewy, and the broth was flavorful and comforting. The fried rice was decent as well.

The chicken teriyaki is very good. I have been here for many years. But the thai ice tea is very bad. Doesn’t taste like thai tea. So milky and too sweet even I order less sweet. It’s 8 dollars thai ice tea. Crazy experience. I had to throw it away. They use to have the best thai tea many years ago but they changed it to the tea powder 🤢

I got the great spicy chicken teriyaki which was very flavorful and not too spicy. I also got a bubble tea smoothie which was ok, but I'd not hold it against them. Got great patient service from Maricel when I didn't know what I wanted

Very delicious chicken Katsu, good size and comes with yummy salad.
I ordered a matcha milk tea with tapioca boba and only after I had paid told me they didn’t have tapioca so they gave me an alternative to it. The drink was delicious, I have sensory issues so the alternative crystal boba wasn’t as enjoyable as it could be. Overall a delicious place and wonderful service they were very apologetic and kind.
Also a fun fact: Hachiko was an Akita Inu, not a husky. Beautiful and heart wrenching story if you ever (and you should) look him up.
Cheers!
