Stumbled on this restaurant last year after initial plans fell through and we are so glad we did! I was just thinking about this meal again - a year later! - and had to write a review. We sat at the kitchen where we could watch food being prepped and sent out and really enjoyed that experience. We loved both our pasta dishes (Italian sausage and crab). When the appetizer we ordered wasn't available, they subbed in a dish off the menu that was DELICIOUS and they refused to charge us for it, which was too kind. Service was wonderful, food and drinks were great, loved the interior.

Great food but the service was above and beyond. We will absolutely be back!

I agree with other reviewers - it has the appearance of fine-ish dining but is lacking substance and uniqueness. Do we really need yet another burrata salad type restaurant? I think a more casual lunch/dining option would be better, or a more unique dinner offering.

Cute little spot with two chances to get happy hour. They also have a deal for $25. Which includes a glass of wine, garlic bread and pasta.

Our second visit in as many years was as disappointing as the first. Other than being seated, service was very slow, about an hour until we got any food and three hours total. Last time, everything was way over salted. This time, the menu skewed so bitter that our hungry table was unable to finish some of the plates. The $18 bread service was some okay focaccia served with butter (who does that?). Our olive oil cake was dry (how is that possible?).
All told, this is an Insta-nice place: it has the appearance of fine-ish dining, but fell short of our expectations for the price when it came to the substance of a nice restaurant.
Good Negroni.

Food is good, pasta is very good. No real beer selection, so loss of a star for that (they have one or 2 in cans only). Great deal for happy hour.

My wife and I recently enjoyed our 26-year wedding anniversary at Haerfest, and we couldn't be happier. The food and service were amazing. My wife is from the Philippines, and we were both very impressed with the Porchetta. The pork belly was cooked to perfection, and the crispy pork skin was a perfect complement to the tender pork belly. We also highly recommend the charred leeks as an appetizer. It was so good we almost wanted to get an extra order, but it was all just the right portion of food.

Top notch food, top notch service. I've eaten here three times (two were pick ups...so lucky to live two blocks from this gem), and every meal has been exceptional. I've tried three of their pastas, the chicken, charred leaks, carrots, burrata, tiramisu...everything A+. I've gotten used to Seattle restaurants charging a premium for mediocre food and service so it's clear this restaurant cares about great food. The servers put in extra care to deliver a fine dining experience. Great date spot!

Unexpected and delicious find that came out of a need for pasta for dinner. Food was great and we were also able to sit at the counter with a great view into the kitchen.

We just tried this new place and we enjoyed it. The food was yummy and the service was great. Sleek interior. They advertise that they include a 22% service charge (16% employees/6% House), which is fair. I am docking a star, however, because the service charge is also taxed. Seattle has the highest sales tax in the country and having the service charge also be taxed stings a little.

Food was delicious, everyone was very friendly. The cost of the regular menu was pretty steep, would return for happy hour though!

Walked in for dinner after visiting the wine bar a few doors down. Welcoming and cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed every dish and found the servings to be generous. Tiramisu was a highlight. I'm certain we'll be back!
