The smash burgers are good, but definitely not worth waiting two hours on a Sunday night. No one responded inside, so we had to call them about our order. They told us it was ready and someone would bring it out, but we waited another 15 minutes before calling again. That’s when they said the order had actually been ready for a while and that we should have received a text message, which we never did. They admitted it was a system issue and apologized, but the whole experience was frustrating. Good food, poor service flow.

Everything was delicious the hamburger’s are perfect the flavors is also really good, and vegetables are fresh the fries are crispy and just seasoned right. Just everything in general is delicious.

I've been here a bunch and the food is generally good. Today I went and have been waiting 2 hours for a single burger. Still waiting.

Ghost kitchen booooooo 👎 nightmare parking situation 👎 not a restaurant you can go in you just order on a tablet and pick your food up out of a locker 👎 only seating is a few picnic tables outside 👎 hard pass. Walked to a local restaurant close by.

I was a fan of their food but became fan of their service also. I accidentally messed up my DoorDash order. I called the restaurant and they right away not only took care and fixed my order but also added complimentary drink and fries that I was not expecting. Thank you !

I ordered from the ghost kitchen website, I’ve ordered from many other places this way before. There was an error when using my code when trying to open the door that gets my food and absolutely no way to get ahold of anyone about it. Anyone that came up didn’t help me they said one second and left. I was there for about 15 minutes before someone came. I was banging in the back door and actually yelling after able. my food was cold and milkshake was melted si maybe it was more than 15 mins. If there was a way to get ahold of them and they gave me my food I paid for in a timely manner this rating would be much higher. Also kind of ridiculous they charge 1.25-1.50 for a tiny container of sauce.

First time here. I believe this js the best Burger and loaded fries i have eaten in a while. I ordered the Spicy lover and loaded fries without the meet. Whenever i am in Seattle for sure i will come back.

Amazing burgers. Only downside it's a take-out place.
