Halcyon Brewing Company Reviews
I love Halcyon! This is our favorite local spot. Good beer and elevated bar food—I recommend the chili pork dumplings 🤤
Wonderful atmosphere, delicious drinks, great people! 😊
This is a very very awesome brewery! I am excited at the opportunity to work with them, to help them have live events like comedy, music, and other forms of entertainment. It is a really nice space and has a nice outdoor area and is in a great neighborhood. The neighborhood has a 1990s nostalgic light feeling, in a way that the other parts of Seattle do not currently have anymore. Halcyon Brewing Company offers a mix of flavors, with some dishes being a bit overpowering for some tastes. The Saison and Okonomiyaki Dog are delicious, but strong in flavor. The Japanese Umami Bomb and Pork Dumplings are tasty but too intense for some. The outdoor patio is beautiful and dog-friendly, with favorites like Party of Five Pale beer and Seattle dog. The wings may not be for everyone, with a strong fish sauce flavor. The atmosphere is welcoming, with friendly staff who can recommend beers and introduce you to fun events like Tuesday Trivia.
The beer is good, especially the guava candy sour, and the patio is perfect on a sunny Seattle day. The okonomiyaki dog is a standout, with its savory, perfectly charred flavor and spicy pickled cabbage adding fresh brightness. The Seattle dog comes highly recommended, served in a nice large bar with a great atmosphere.
Good beer and vibes make this brewery a favorite, along with its Asian food choices. The caesar salad is wonderful, though the bahn mi rice bowl could use more flavor. The chicken, pickled veggies, and herbs are good, but a sauce would make it better. Despite this, the place remains a popular spot for its welcoming vibe and tasty options.
