If I lived near here, I’d be afraid this place would get too popular. Good prices for some real good sandwiches! Plus, the service is great. Only 5 seats on the inside and 4 on the outside, but if you’re trying to decide where to get a quality warm or cold sandwich in the area, this is the one you should pick.
Saved my ass with household staple groceries a few times when I forgot them at a bigger grocery store -- this is a bodega basically. The sandwiches are great but they're only offered the first half of the day so don't count on it after the early afternoon. I haven't tried coffee or matcha but they do have variety of bottled drinks available all day.
The closest coffee retailer along this portion of the Cheshiahud Lake Union Loop.They advertise local coffee, this being in Seattle and all, I opted for drip to get the the nuances of the local roaster.It was quite good!
