Man, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I just started my new job, and a coworker told me to check out this bubble tea spot because it’s supposed to be good. So I go in, and since I wasn’t familiar with the menu, I took a little extra time trying to figure out what to order. While I’m standing there, the girl behind the counter starts acting all smug, and then out of nowhere, she just starts laughing at me. She laughed so hard she bent over like she was about to fall under the table. I didn’t even say anything to her—I was just looking at the menu. It was humiliating and hurtful.

Honestly, I felt like it was because I’m not white. The vibe was off, and it felt real disrespectful. If you’re not white, I’d stay far away from this place because they’ll probably treat you the same way.

When my friend and I visited your store, we were met with unprofessional and offensive behavior from one of your staff members, an Asian female employee. As soon as we entered, she began making sarcastic remarks and exchanged inappropriate laughter with a male staff member, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

When I politely asked her what the issue was, she continued her unkind and disrespectful behavior, which I believe crossed the line into being discriminatory. I felt targeted and deeply offended by her actions.

As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and damaging to your brand’s reputation. I request that this incident be taken seriously and addressed promptly. I hope you will investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

Great place to hangout after work. The staff enjoy working there too.

Decent bubble teas, consistent quality. But the noteworthy thing is their bubble waffles. Crunchy and light - they get them right!

I used to like this place a lot. I ubereat from happy lemon almost everyday. Recently I’ve gotten all my orders wrong literally. Missing add ons constantly (tapioca, dipping sauces) , getting someone else’s order(drink) and ubereats refusing to refund money for missing add ons because apparently due to how recurring it is, it looks like I’m taking advantage of their refund policy. Never again will I order from here or even use ubereats.

I received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from two kind and caring staff members today, Vi and Vicky (sorry if I misspelled the latter). My partner and I decided on a Happy Lemon as dessert after dinner, and I was looking for something non-caffeinated and less sweet. After taking a sip of my Winter Melon Milk Tea with oat milk, which was delicious but sweeter than I had anticipated, I sheepishly asked if they could help me revise the order and apologized for not specifying the sweetness level earlier.

At first, they shared that syrup for winter melon cannot be altered but thought critically and dove into problem-solving mode. They posited that reducing the syrup while adding more oat milk could possibly alter the sweetness level. Way to think outside of the box! Vi even went so far as to offer a sample of her concoction to ensure that the flavor profile was to my liking before finishing the new batch.

The end result: I received the perfect cup of tea and rode the high of their quality customer service all evening :) Their can-do attitude and upbeat character combined with a tasty beverage made for an impactful experience. We look forward to becoming repeat customers, all thanks to these two professional young ladies.
