I received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from two kind and caring staff members today, Vi and Vicky (sorry if I misspelled the latter). My partner and I decided on a Happy Lemon as dessert after dinner, and I was looking for something non-caffeinated and less sweet. After taking a sip of my Winter Melon Milk Tea with oat milk, which was delicious but sweeter than I had anticipated, I sheepishly asked if they could help me revise the order and apologized for not specifying the sweetness...

Probably the most relaxing bubble tea shop I've ever walked into, the service is great and staff is super friendly.The bubble waffle is a must try and of course the tea is always satisfactory, the shop does get really busy during weekends so wait times can very heavily, especially during rush hour but all in all it's a place I'd highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my mango lemonade and they welcomed my enhancement request: add lychee jelly! I came in just 30mins before close and there were still like 10+ people in there, so the crowd speaks for itself how well liked they are.They had run out of brown sugar boba for the evening. They make it fresh and it was too close to closing to make another batch. Completely understandable. But my main let down was the lack of selection for other boba products (popping or more jelly...
