They have a great service for customer satisfaction.I like this happy lemon location, but the drinks can be a hit or miss depending on the barista making it. One barista makes the drinks well, but there was an occasion when our regular order did not taste the same (it was less flavorful) and we were given the wrong flavor of bubble waffle. We called the store after our visit and they offered a remake so we went back next day and the drink tasted better!Hopefully they’ll work on improving the consistency of their drinks.

Do not go to this location. They don't give you the full amount of what you ask for. This is what I got after ordering a hot drink. A half filled cup with a slab of topping on the side.This happened on Jan 3, 2024 8:10pm.

I am are regular customers at this store. Of all the bubble tea stores in this area, I go to this store often because I appreciated the quality. Now not so much. I came in to order a regular bubble tea and asked for 30% sugar like usual. I paid and tipped like usual. When I tasted the bubble tea it was much sweeter than usual. I came back to let them know that it was too sweet and asked them to make another bubble with less sugar. The two girls that was working there started arguing with me and took the bubble tea that I had then aggressively threw it in the trash. Apparently, they were not adequately trained in customer service. They made the drink again and it still tasted like the drink that they made before, too sweet. I’ve drank bubble tea long enough to know the difference between a lightly sweetened drink to a full 100% sugary drink. Suffice to say, they just lost a long time customer. I’m never coming back to this place. I’m sure other bubble tea stores will happily welcome a new regular customer. I’ll take my money somewhere else. Thank you.

I've been here a good amount. really cute place, but when I got a drink the cashier recommended to me, which I ended up not liking at all, they refused to re-make it or even take it back. I never send stuff back but I was really surprised considering the industry standard is to re-make/exchange what a customer isn't happy with. Period
I ordered milk tea with boba, but I didn’t get any boba in my cup of milk tea.

I’ve tried so many happy lemons. Issaquah, U-Village, SLU, and Tukwila. This has to be the worst one I’ve tried so far. The waffle is as expected! Very delicious. But the drinks have been a miss every time. It doesn’t taste like how it taste at all the other locations. It’s either too sweet or not sweet at all. I haven’t had any issues with other locations but I would save your coin & go to a different location. The review is simply for the drinks. The employees are great, the atmosphere is nice.
